This is a lovely two bedroomed apartment on 2nd Floor in a new complex. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. It is a well laid out and spacious apartment. It is very bright and colourful. One bedroom room has a double bed and a single bed,it has patio doors which open out onto the balcony, and you have a lovely view of the beach and sea. The other bedroom has 1 single bed. There is also a pull-out bed also. This apartment accommodates 4 to 5 people. The prices are based on 4 people sharing and the max is 5 people. The bathroom has double sinks and large mirror. It has a wc and shower. It has a large balcony from where you have a beautiful panoramic view of Costa Calma. There is a patio table and chairs, and two sun loungers on the balcony. Arise to the beautiful sun rise early in the morning.

Nearest Airport: Puerto del Rosario at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 800 Metres

There is the Oasis Park Zoo about 10 minutes away, where you will find entertainment for all the family. There is parrot shows, sea lion and crocodile shows. There are also camel rides. There are two golf courses, one in Jandia 15 minutes away and one in Calete De Fuste. There are beautiful beaches, and it is about 7 minutes to the beautiful beach of Playa Esmerelda, with its beautiful turquoise blue waters and is safe to swim in. The world wind surfing championships are held here in July and August each year. You can rent wind surfing and kite surfing equipment nearby.Costa Calma is the nearest town and there you will find hotels shopping centres and supermarkets. Costa Calma is 2 miles away. Car is necessary. Apartment must be vacated by 10am on morning of departure to allow for cleaning of apartment for incoming guests.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A booking deposit of €200 is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your booking, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payments can be made by transfer in euros.
    On booking the apartment a deposit of €150 is required to cover damage and a final clean. This will be refunded after leaving the apartment - minus the cost of final clean - €70..
