This is a lovely two bedroomed apartment on 2nd Floor in a new complex. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. It is a well laid out and spacious apartment. It is very bright and colourful. One bedroom room has a double bed and a single bed,it has patio doors which open out onto the balcony, and you have a lovely view of the beach and sea. The other bedroom has 1 single bed. There is also a pull-out bed also. This apartment accommodates 4 to 5 people. The prices are based on 4 people sharing and the max is 5 people. The bathroom has double sinks and large mirror. It has a wc and shower. It has a large balcony from where you have a beautiful panoramic view of Costa Calma. There is a patio table and chairs, and two sun loungers on the balcony. Arise to the beautiful sun rise early in the morning.

Notes to the rental rates

• A booking deposit of €200 is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your booking, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be rebooked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payments can be made by transfer in euros.
  On booking the apartment a deposit of €150 is required to cover damage and a final clean. This will be refunded after leaving the apartment - minus the cost of final clean - €60
  Book now and get special rate for August of 320 euros per week. There is also 20% discount on the above rates for September.
  Safe is available for 1 Euro per day
