Calis Bay villas are two spacious detached properties standing in their own private walled gardens and are two of four identical villas situated in a quiet corner of Çiftlik, close to Calis beach. Each villa comfortably sleeps 6 people, and the villas are available to rent individually or as a pair, subject to availability. Separated by a shared garden wall, Calis Bay Villas represent the ideal solution to vacationing with a large family group by providing individual space and privacy with two neighbouring but completely independent villas, each complete with its own private pool. Each villa has a large air-conditioned lounge/dining area, television with Digiturk and a DVD player. Also on the ground floor is a toilet/shower room with small hand basin, and a utility room. Upstairs each villa has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a full bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony for unrivalled views of Calis beach sunsets.

Calis is renowned for its spectacular sunsets and its laid-back atmosphere and is an increasingly popular resort for a relaxing beach holiday as the sand and shingle beach stretches for 4km, backed by a promenade lined with numerous bars, restaurants and hotels. The cool afternoon breeze makes it a particularly good choice during the hotter months. The Sultans Aquacity waterpark is a stone's throw from the beach, and other watersports are available during the day. On Sunday, a little way out of town is the market, with the usual selection of clothing and leather goods, as well as household goods, spices, teas and foods. There are a number of activities to enjoy, including boat trips to nearby islands, jeep safaris, canoeing, horse riding, fishing, diving, quad biking and micro lighting. Fethiye is easily reached from Calis by catching one of the regular minibuses (dolmus) or by taking the inexpensive water taxi across the bay.

Fun and sunshine in Calis

We stayed in this property earlier this year. The location was good and the pool was a must - our daughter loved it! The property was a very good size apart from the kitchen, which we found to be well equipped but extremely small. In the downstairs bathroom the toilet wasnt fixed securely to the wall, it moved forward when used, and the shower unit leaked and flooded the floor the first time it was used. When these problems were reported, we were advised to use the upstairs bathroom! Unfortunately neither problems were fixed during our stay! The kettle was faulty but was replaced the next day. The air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms wasn't working properly and we were advised not to use this bedroom!! Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday but we were disappointed that these problems were not found and rectified before we arrived!
