Villa Jade Marie II is a stunning luxurious villa, furnished and equipped to very high standard, with all quality fixtures and fittings. Situated on a brand new 5* development in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca. Approx 10 min walk to the nearest beach/bars & restaurants, the local supermarket is only a 2 min walk, and 1 min walk to taxi rank. The villa is situated in an elevated position with terraces set on 3 levels, all of which have fantastic, panoramic sea views to Furteventura, Los Lobos & Papagayo beaches. There is a private heated pool & a luxury hot tub/spa which can seat up to 7 persons. The terraces are decked out with sun loungers & patio furniture, there is also a traditional canarian BBQ which is perfect for dining 'Al Fresco'. The huge lounge/entertainment area has 2 comfortable corner suites, 47' LCD TV with FULL sky package, DVD player, cinema surround sound, CD player and X box. A 10 min walk from the villa will take you to the nearest beach at Playa Flamingo with a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. From here a beautiful promenade stretches approx a mile and a half in each direction from the lighthouse (faro) at the southernmost tip of the island to the fabulous new Marina Rubicon which boasts a large selection of designer shops, and up market restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. the shopping complex here is also where you will find the 10 pin bowling alley. A wide selection of watersports are on offer at the Playa Dorada beach near to the centre of Playa Blanca. In the centre there is a large pedestrian shopping area, and a large selection of restaurants and bars with something to suit every taste. If you fancy a change of scenery a ferry to Fuerteventura can be taken from Punta Limones at regular intervals through out the day (20 mins journey), various boat excursions are also available here. A market operates twice weekly (Wed & Sat).
