It's all made according to the highest quality standards, with great taste and charm. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a tranquil, relaxing holiday in complete privacy. With swimming pool in share with the other 2 houses, and a beautiful large garden equipped with table, chairs, barbecue and garden furniture you can enjoy to the full the outdoor life. The property (120 sqm) has at ground floor a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with large windows which offer a panoramic view to the peaceful hills, double bed with canopy and a cast iron stove, well fitted kitchen, dining room and a little bathroom. At the second floor are 2 bedroom and a big bathroom. One of the rooms have a little terrace around 9 sqm with table and chairs, perfect for a romantic evening at the candle light. The parking is within the grounds.

Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 300€ is required at your arrival and it is all reimbursed on the day of your departure if aren't caused any damage .
  
• The price per week is targeted for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
  The price includes:
  1. final cleaning,
  2.cold and warm water consumption, gas for the kitchen and electricity,
  3.welcome basket and information support about restaurants, places to visit, shopping, local wines for tasting, and so on.
  The price doesn't includes ( UPON REQUEST ) :
  1.linen and towels - on request, which is 12 € for person for a week.
  2.heating ( for winter season).
  3.for your comfort but only upon request and against payment ,we can make you the first shopping, meaning buy the foods you required us,without pay any extra price but only the ticket.
  4.weekly cleaning ( on request for rental period more than a week ). 70Euro
  5.we rent you bikes against payment of Euro 8,00 per bike/day, or Euro 35.00 per bike/week.
  
• At the booking moment you'll have to pay 40% of the rental price, and the remainder amount at your arrival in cash. Please note that no credit cards are accepted.
  For the first rental rate we kindly ask you to be done through bank transfer account.

At 250m above the sea level, dominates the landscape of Lucca, San Gennaro, the pearl of the lucchesian hills. At only 14km away is Lucca well known by his medieval centre surrounded by an impressing fortification perfectly preserved,famous for its churches and important monuments, such as San Martino Cathedral, San Michele and San Frediano Churches, the Amphitheatre Square, Guinigi Tower and Torre delle Ore (with a wonderful view of Lucca's plain). The most important street of Lucca is called Via Fillungo, well known for its elegant shops. In Porta Giannotti, just inside the city centre it is possible to rent bicycles to ride around the walls (a track about 4 km long), among trees, green and ancient ruins. In September, Lucca hosts a village fair, and just outside the city centre you can find an amusement park. Pisa invites you to discover the world-famous Piazza dei Miracoli, and its extraordinary monuments: the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Churchyard and the Leaning Tower.
