The White House is just 2 minutes by car from the beautiful hamlet of Sant Augustin with its wonderful Church, views, superb restaurant and cosy finca style bar. Sant Josep village is just 5 minutes by car, with several restaurants, bars, banks, cafes, chemist, supermarket and bread shop. Ibiza Town is only 15 minutes drive and the Yacht Club of San Antoni & local ferries just 10 minutes. Surrounded by trees, birds, and countryside beset with breathtaking views towards the land mark Cap Negret the house is in a magical, undiscovered spot. Yet within minutes you can be by the sea, or shopping or enjoying a wonderful lunch with your feet in the sand. Cala Conta, Cala Salada, Cala Vadella are some of the favourite beauty spots close by. If you like to be seen then try, Cala Jondal or Salinas. Sant Augustin in the South west of Ibiza is a superb base from which you can chill or travel as you wish! KM 5 - 7 mins, Blue Marlin - 10 mins, Es Xarrcu - 15 minutes, Jockey Club - 15 minutes.

  • Based on a maximum of 6 people per week. A reduction maybe offered to small groups out of peak season. Unless otherwise agreed, we require 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a refundable sterling security deposit of 1.000 GBP payable with the balance. Rental rates include A/C (night), electricity & regular housekeeping (From June to September) unless otherwise agreed. Linen is changed weekly & towels bi-weekly. All basics such as, toilet rolls, bin liners, & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, cold drinks, sugar, wine, savoury snacks and olives & provided to make your arrival as pleasant as possible. The bathrooms feature Kenneth Turner of London body products for your enjoyment during your stay at The White House.

    ***Special Christmas and New Year 2009 offer: 2.100 GBP per week.
  • Ryanair are flying direct to Ibiza from Stansted with some great prices so take advantage of an out of season break and experience the true island from November to May!

  • The bathrooms are beautiful! Minimalist, modern simplicity with luxurious fixtures and fittings. All have large powerful showers for your comfort and for that feeling of extra pampering. High quality bath & hand towels are provided with separate pool towels. We offer Kenneth Turner of London body products for you to pamper yourself with during your stay. We also provide hair dryers. The water is delivered and as such is fresh clean and non salty, ensuring you feel refreshed and not sticky after showering.

Notes: The White House is approached via a quiet unmade road and has gated access to the property. This is a very safe spot and ideal for families with children. The pool is also gated so safe for young children and toddlers. Two bedrooms are on the same level as the living area so suitable for the elderly or infirm. Groups of discerning couples you will love this hideaway & appreciate the ease at which you can be at the key places on the island. There is a long gated driveway with ample private parking for three or more cars. As well as the large terrace by the pool & dining table there is a separate lovely BBQ area to the back. The neighbours in 4 or 5 houses on the hill are not too close ,so each property is not overlooked, and they are international. Most also rent their houses. We just request that our guests are respectful and mindful of noise and music levels when outside and particularly at night. This does not mean that you cannot have a great time and lots of fun of course!

My husband and I, plus our four sons, ages 14, 12, 10 and 6 were the first to experience the delights of the White House. We weren't sure what to expect, being our first time to Ibiza, but we were not disappointed!

The White House is very spacious, light and comfortable, with a great outdoor area and a lovely pool, which my boys abolutely loved! The views over the hills towards the sea are lovely, and chilling out poolside in the early evening was completely relaxing. I can't remember the last time I read so many books on holiday!

The house is equipped with everything you will need - including a large flat screen tv which proved invaluable when temperatures got too hot to be outside! Mary-Anne has left some useful information for guests with plenty of good recommendations for local beaches and restaurants. Karen, our cleaner, was also really helpful when it came to local tourist attractions - she was a great cleaner too!!

Local beaches are all stunning and pretty accessible - we found it was easier to have 2 smaller cars than 1 big one as some of the beach roads are small and windy, and parking is often limited. We found some great restaurants, our favourite being in Cala Compte,(10 minutes from the villa), called s'Illa des Boscs, which had stunning views over the island it is named after. Although it is slightly more formal, the food is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and the views of the sunset are out of this world.

Whether you are looking for a chilled holiday, or a more lively experience, Ibiza is a great holiday destination and The White House is the perfect holiday home - we will definitely be returning!

The White House is a lovely Villa, set in the hills of Saint Augustin (apologies if its spelt incorrectly). Me and five of my friends stayed for the weekend, enjoying the gorgeous house and we wish a longer stay was booked! I would definately go back and would highly recommend the property. Both MaryAnn and Steve are lovely too and made you feel very welcome and helped out whenever they could.

A beautiful space, with a tranquil feel. many outside spaces to relax in. White, clean and fresh. beautiful showers :-) just feels great to be there.

The owners really look after the place and make sure it is comfortable and everything you can think of is taken care of.

I stayed at a couple of places in Ibiza, and my experience here was by far the best so far. It is also in a great location to explore the island.

Stayed at the White House in April/May with my wife and 6 year old son. Had a wonderfull time, the villa itself is beautifully decorated and clean. While dining one can enjoy sunsets over san antonio bay, nice !
Swimming pool is good, excellent lounge area. All facilities are way above average. It's a tranquil place and yet close by to bars restaurants and beaches ( car needed ) Perfect for us.

It's a great place for a fantastic time in Ibiza.

Pure luxury

We stayed at the villa in the summer of 2008 and had a fantastic time. We were 3 couples in our early 30s. The interior is modern and chic whilst still being comfortable. The pool area was very spacious - perfect for lazy days, bbqs and drinks in the evening. All 3 bedrooms were a good size and the living and dining area were perfect for groups of couples or a large family. You would need a car to access the villa but it is reasonably close to a selection of beaches and bars including our favorite Blue Marlin. We would stay there again and it made the whole Ibiza experience all the more enjoyable.
