We offer a lovely large 28 x 15 swimming pool and are just minutes away from the beautiful seven mile stretch of white sand beach that Negril is famous for. We have a large fully equipped kitchen for self catering or we can provide shopping and chef services upon request. Our villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor with an additional two ensuite rooms on a lower level. You may rent out the main floor or the whole six bedrooms for up to 11 persons depending on your group size. Our pool deck boasts a gorgeous view and can offer privacy or a great dining area for your meals. We are in a fantastic location with all amenities within minutes of our holiday home rental. • Tropical Breeze villa requires a minimum of 25% deposit in order to secure the booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled with a minimum of 45 days notice. The rates offered are inclusive of daily maid service and twice weekly linen change. It is possible to book this villa as self catering or we can provide shopping and chef services as well as personal laundry service at an additional cost to the quoted rental rate.
