Tropical Breeze Guesthouse and villa is a family owned holiday rental with split level 4- 6 bedrooms . We offer a lovely large 28 x 15 swimming pool and are just minutes away from the beautiful seven mile stretch of white sand beach that Negril is famous for. We have a large fully equipped kitchen for self catering or we can provide shopping and chef services upon request. Our villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor with an additional two en suite rooms on a lower level. You may rent out the main floor or the whole six bedrooms for up to 11 persons depending on your group size. Our pool deck boasts a gorgeous view and can offer privacy or a great dining area for your meals. We are in a fantastic location with all amenities within minutes of our holiday home rental. We are an exceptionally priced value for villa rental and we are sure you will not find a better price for your group rental. Come and experience all that our holiday home rental has to offer!!

Location: Negril in Jamaica

Nearest Airport: Norman Manley airport at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
When coming into Negril from Norman Manley blvd follow it right to the town centre, DO NOT enter the roundabout but stay left. Follow this road approx. 300 metres where you will see a private lane on your right hand side (the first lane you come to) between two plazas, Taites plaza with Juici beef patty shop and White Swan plaza with Tan Tan pastry shop also Devon House ice cream. There are also a bunch of stalls where ladies sell fresh fruit and veggies, turn UP the lane and follow it around a bend. Tropical Breeze is located on the left hand side across from a bicycle and key shop.

I spent the most interesting and enjoyable 7 days in Jamaica in July 2009. The rental property, owned by a very nice lady named Karen, was in the middle of the town away from tourist resorts which is what I wanted. A great guy named Devon picked me up at the Montego Bay airport and drove me around Negril for the rest of the week. If you really want to have a real Jamaican experience instead being shoved in a room in a tourist resort then I recommend you consider renting this property and have Devon show you around. The place is very clean, 2-rooms with AC, the kitchen has all the utensils you will ever need and the pool is fantastic.

The theme of our holiday rental is to provide an environment in which you feel that you are at your home, away from home, which is what our great location allows for..We are centrally located to all of Negrils activites and yet in a private lane for that away from it all feeling. My family and I vacationed here and had an amazing time. We were lucky enough to be there at the same time as the owner Karen, and the hospitality was comparable to none. From the authentic Jamaican cuisine to the day trips to places off the beaten path. We feel we got to experience the real Jamaica. The Guesthouse has you living amongst the locals and you get a real feel for the community.
The Guesthouse itself is beautiful. It was very clean and nicely decorated and it truly felt like a home away from home at such a reasonable price. The pool was beautiful. Everything so well manicured and maintained. It was so private but still so close to all the local restaurants, bars and breathtaking beach which were all in walking
distance.
We would highly recommend this Guesthouse to any and all ages and will definitely be return visitors. We can't wait to go back.
Owner's Response: It was my pleasure to host this family and I am very happy that they thoroughly enjoyed their stay with us..At Tropical Breeze we endeavour to make all our guests feel like they are amongst family and to treat them to the side of Jamaica they would not see by staying in a large impersonal hotel.
