Your beautiful fully furnished villa with its own pool awaits you! It boasts 2 extra sized ensuite bath/bedrooms, one with direct access to the poll and terrace area. 2 twin bedrooms in the Disney theme, and extra spacious 3rd bathroom. All rooms have individual cable TV. and DVD plus 1 twin room has a game cube and variety of games. The great room has 2 separate dining areas, large sofas and a 32 inch h.d. cable TV. and DVD plus many films. All rooms are air-conditioned/heating. The fully equipped electric kitchen has a maximum size cooker, microwave and dishwasher, fridge and ice cube maker. After an exciting day out, relax on a sun lounger or a cocktail at the poolside terrace, then it’s off to the games area with its large pool table and new air hockey or darts to choose from.

Southern dunes is a haven for golfers as it has been rated as one of Florida’s top 10 courses, the community area offers a large communal swimming pool, fishing ,tennis, gym library ,club house and restaurant all with great hospitality. Just outside there is one of Americas largest supermarkets (Wal-Mart’s) a shoppers dream ...everything from groceries to electrical, clothes act, there’s no meaner pricing than theirs! Also a bank, petrol station more shops and a host of restaurants, from the fast take away to a beautiful set restaurant. The all important Disney parks are a mere 40 mins car ride away with very easy directions to any where to and from southern dunes.

A wonderful villa with every facility to make your holiday just perfect. An excellent location in beautiful surroundings. Golf was easy to book and they will happily team you up if you are a 'lone player'
Easy booking instructions with personal contact and attention from the owner of the villa.
We had a vist from the property management team to check if we had everything we needed and were available should any problems have occured.Nothing is left to chance to spoil your holiday.
Would highly recommend for a perfect Florida holiday.

I just want to say, thanks for a lovely holiday. The villa is lovely, clean, everything you possibly need. Many other places to visit on your doorstep. I can't wait to go again.

I will certainly reccomend to friends as such a lovely villa & place to stay.

I will be booking again.
