A south facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1st floor apartment with garage located in a beautiful development in Vista Bahia Casares, 6 minutes walk to the beach (and fantastic beach bar), and a four minute drive to the lovely Port of Duquesa. It has lovely views of the sea, the African Coastline and the rock of Gibraltar. It is comfortably furnished with a spacious lounge/dining area, two sofas, a dining table to seat 4 and ceiling fan. There is Satellite TV, a DVD player, CD/Radio player and a large selection of CD's and DVD's for your enjoyment while staying. A Bookcase with a selection of books to read is also at hand for you to enjoy. The good size south facing terrace has superb views to the sea. A fully equipped kitchen and utility area. A beautiful large swimming pool with separate children pool is set in the landscaped gardens. Finally, there are two quality golf courses within 2 minute drives. I would recommend the hiring of a car as there are so many beautiful places to explore.

Located in the picturesque western stretch of the costa del Sol, the apartment is within a short drive to many attractions and places of interest. Close by is Sabinillas, a traditional spanish coastal town with a wide selection of restaurants and bars,as well as the lovely Port of Duquesa (watersports aplenty!). Also, the beautiful resort of Estepona is a 10 minute drive, while the magnificent Selwo National park a further 5 minute drive. A fifteen minute inland drive takes you to the the breathtaking andalucian village of Casares perched precariously in the mountains. A further 45 minutes takes you to the beautiful Historic Town of Ronda. The extremely upmarket resort of Puerto Banus close to Marbella is 20 minutes away. For Golf lovers, the area has numerous quality golf courses within a 20 minute drive (including Valderrama!). The local (6 minute walk) beach is lovely and uncrowded with several friendly chiranguitas (beach bars) serving traditional Spanish and seafood dishes.

There are 2 fan heaters in the bedroom in case it gets a bit chilly in the evening during the winter months.

The sun terrace has a table and 4 chairs for relaxing - the view is Stunning! The kitchen is fully equiped and includes ironing board, and clothes horse. The swimming pools are fantastic - kids will be occupied for hours. A lifeguard protects the pools during the school holiday season.

Golf: The costa del sol is also known as the costa del Golf. And for good reason. Along this coast there are countless superb courses (approx 50) catering for all budgets from the very modestly priced La duquesa (5 minute drive) to the extravagant world famous Ryder cup championship course Valderama (15 minute drive). There are two courses within a 3 minute drive. These being the superb great vaue Dona julio Course right on your doorstep, and Cortesin. The courses at this end of the costa del sol tend to be less crowded and better value than those nearer to Marbella. I would recommend the hiring of a buggy during the hot summer months though! Within this area you are spoilt for choice! It truly is a golfers paradise.

Water Parks and Theme Parks: The Bahia water park towards algerciras (30 minute drive) is an absolutely fantastic day out especially for the kids - They will not want to leave! Boasting superb slides , chutes , wave simulators etc.. you really can't go wrong. The Selwo National Park is truly Breathtaking. Located on the eastern outskirt of Estepona (15 minute drive) it is a safari park like no other. Worth the admission alone just for the truck rides. You will not be disappointed. More than 2000 animals from all over the world living in semi liberty.

Trips to North Africa and Gibralter: While holidaying, why not do a day ( or overnight stopover) excursion to Tangiers in Morrocco. Drive to Algerciras (30 minute drive) and take the high speed boat crossing to Tangiers. A totally different culture awaits. Gibralter is again very close to algeciras (30 minutes) so why not visit. You can get all your duty free gifts if you so wish and even take a cable car to the top of the 'Rock' and see the monkeys!
