Notes to the rental rates

• Villa extension rates only applicable when booking with yachting holiday. For maximum holiday flexibility, yacht and Villa may be booked together ('Yacht-Villa Combo').
  Check-in at Palma base Saturday 6pm. Earlier possible subject to Yacht being ready.
  Check-out Friday until 5pm at Palma base, with full diesel tanks. Friday overnight on board in Palma Base till Saturday morning may be possible, please request when booking
  
• Security deposit €2,400 payable locally, or alternatively Yacht Damage waiver (non refundable), paid locally in cash of €150.
  Price includes outboard engine and Dinghy, auto pilot, GPS plotter with Chart, bimini top, sprayhood, moorings at home Base (Palma), filled diesel and out boarder, full water tanks and gas bottles. Furling Genoa, n-mast main furling, complete electronics, bow-thrusters, VHF radio.
  
• Optional charges (to be paid locally in cash: Skipper €150 per day; provisioning food and drinks €100. Bed linen plus cushion cover set €10/kit (mandatory). Bath towel €5 per person.
  Payment: £500 to secure booking, balance 4 weeks before charter.

Bavaria 50 Cruiser Sailing Yacht

The yacht measures 15.4m long and 4.5m wide, with a height in the salon of 2.05 metres. The yacht has an all teak deck and the large cockpit benefits from two wheels. The Yacht was built in Bavaria and first registered in February 2008. The Yacht is moored in beautiful Palma bay, a short walk (3 minutes) to the old town and main shopping area, and a taxi can drop guests directly at the mooring, where you will be greeted and shown to your boat. There are three main cabins with double bed style berths and two additional cabins each with 2 bunk style berths.

The Yacht is moored in Palma and this will be your point of embarkation. For your sailing itinerary you could choose to sail all around the Island in a week (about 160mls) visiting all the major beaches, or you could leisurely explore the coves and bays of south west Mallorca, including Portals Vells, Santa Ponsa and Magaluf, returning to moor at your home berth in Palma most evenings. The more adventurous could travel to Menorca or Ibiza with stop offs en-route. A popular Mallorca/Ibiza round trip (150mls) would take in Palma, Andraitx, Binirras and, of course, the party town of San Antonio. The Marine Nature l Reserve of Cabrera is a short sail off south Mallorca and can be visited. A permit is required (enquire when booking). Look out for the Dolphins which can be be found in the area.
