Superb luxury villa for rent near Javea providing 1st-class facilities. Idyllic peaceful position at the end of a private lane high on a hillside and surrounded by wild nature reserve with spectacular uninterrupted 180° panoramic views over valley to mountains and the sea. Quiet rural setting near all amenities and only 5 miles to the beaches at Javea and Denia. The villa has 4 spacious double/twin bedrooms (all with ceiling fans, 2 with air-con) 3 luxury bathrooms and a superb fully equipped kitchen. The extremely comfortable living room has an amazing surround sound satellite TV and music system with the Sky package including Sports. There is also free WiFi internet connection. The dining hall seats 10 and there are 3 further shaded outside dining areas including the BBQ terrace overlooking the fabulous sparkling private 5x12m swimming pool.

An area with historic old towns, working fishing ports, traditional Spanish villages, rugged mountain areas, blue-flag sandy beaches, and 20km of unspoilt coastal regions. In 3 minutes drive of the villa your local village of Pedreguer provides for all your needs and within a further 5 minutes you have an infinite choice of restaurants and bars. Those interested in Formula 1 Motor Racing or the Americas Cup Sailing can even take advantage of these events held just an hour away in Valencia. Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme parks are within 30 minutes, as are 3 championship golf courses.   • THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS OR CHARGES!
    Prices are for your exclusive use of the Villa (to sleep up to 8 people), private pool and gardens, for 1 week
    Usual change-over day is Saturday but may be adjusted to flight trends.
    You are met locally and escorted to the Villa. If you wish, we can also help you with flights, car hire, route planning, travel insurance, or any other special requirements (eg. Cots, high chairs, pushchairs etc.)
  • The cost of the villa is for your party's exclusive use and enjoyment.
    Prices are inclusive of all normal usage of utilities (electricity, gas, water).
    The villa will be clean on your arrival - bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. However, you will need to supply your own pool/beach towels.
    If you are staying more than one week there will be a mid-term change of linen.
    The pool is cleaned at least twice a week.
    The English local managing couple will be on call should you have any problems.
    A complimentary Welcome Grocery Pack will be provided for your arrival.
    You are met locally and escorted to the Villa.
  • Reservations can only be secured upon receipt of 30% deposit together with the completed Booking Form agreeing to the Villa Terrazas Terms & Conditions. Payment of the full balance is to be received (together with a Security Bond refundable damage deposit of £500) a minimum of 8 weeks before your arrival date. The deposit is held against damage etc and returned to you promptly after your stay.

  • All the modern luxury bathrooms are equipped with superb contemporary fittings. The Hydrobox Shower/Sauna Cabin in Bathroom 1 is a wonderfully invigorating experience with 17 positionable jets!

  • All the modern well equipped bedrooms have ceiling fans and 2 also have silent air-conditioning but the villa is wonderfully light and breezy so air-conditioning is not really essential. Both the twin-bedded rooms can be made into extra large doubles. There is abundant wardrobe space and in Bedroom 2 there is also a TV with DVD and video players. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 also open directly onto a terrace.

There is also a further TV with separate Sky and Spanish TV which serves the dining hall and kitchen. In Bathroom 3 there is a separate utility area with washing machine & tumble dryer. Local Attractions:

There are numerous, gorgeous sandy beaches nearby, and in the evenings you can enjoy the relaxed non-commercial restaurants and bars of Javea and Denia as well as those, more off the beaten track, in the Jalon Valley. It is possible to take a ferry from Denia to all the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Majorca and Minorca. Golfers will find a number of courses, including La Sella, within easy reach. For those of you who want a more active night-life, there are night clubs in Javea and Denia, and for those active children/adults the theme parks of Terra Mitica and Aqualandia can be found near Benidorm, located just down the coast.

Jalon Valley / Marina Alta :

The Jalon Valley is a beautiful, fertile area of land where olives, almonds, oranges and lemons grow in abundance. It is a famous wine making area specialising in the production of the sweet Moscatel. Pedreguer is one of two ‘gateway towns’ into the Jalon Valley and you can be deep into this beautiful scenery within five minutes drive from the villa. Driving on inland takes you back a decade in time for each 10k travelled! With scenery which is forever amazing you.

Highly recommended villa

This is a truly beautiful villa equipped with all new mod cons and offering extremely spacious indoor and outdoor accommodation. It manages to be both high spec and homely.

Our group could hardly be torn away from the villa but when coaxed found it very conveniently located for the resorts at Javea and Denia as well as the shopping mall at Ondara (think Bluewater!).

John and Michelle were extremely helpful, both in advance and during our stay. It is obvious they love their home and are keen for guests to enjoy it too.
