This newly renovated two bedroomed apartment is a mere 200 metres from the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double bed and two single bunk beds. There is a sofabed in the main living area which will comfortably sleep 2 more adults. The open plan living area has a modern fully integrated kitchen which includes table/chairs for 4 people, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher etc. The bathroom combines a bath and shower. The toilet is housed separately. There is south facing terrace which extends from the living area and the main bedroom. The sun shines all day on the terrace. All local amenities, shops, markets, bars, restaurants etc. all within 5 mins walk. Buses run every 15 mins. Nice airport 10 mins by bus, Antibes 15 mins bus, Cannes 30 mins bus, Nice old town 20 mins bus. An ideal holiday apartment for all the family.
