Our apartment, called Baan Similan, is a luxurious property in one of the finest developments in Phuket, The Plantation. It’s the perfect spot for discriminating travellers who seek comfort, privacy, quality and style. It has a great location and amazing ocean views. Rental includes use of our new Toyota SUV (with full-time driver) and daily maid service. The area is very quiet but great beaches, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away. It has WiFi, a home cinema room, and a great Bose sound system connected to speakers in the home theatre, the Blue bedroom and the living and dining room. Two mp3 players such as iPods can be played simultaneously in different zones. Our satellite TV service offers the full range of channels like CNN, BBC, HBO, Cinemax, Star Movies, Star World, AXN, ESPN Star Sports, Turner Classic Movies and Cartoon Network. Notes to the rental rates

• To keep your holiday in Phuket as simple and relaxing as possible, our rates include tax and service charge. When comparing our rate with nearby hotels, remember that hotels in Thailand add 7% VAT and usually a 10% service charge on top of their rates. It also includes round trip airport transfers, which hotels charge extra for, and access to our full-time chauffeur, Khun Anny, who drives our 2007 four-wheel drive Toyota Fortuner. The SUV seats up to six passengers and Anny is available to drive you anywhere on the island you wish. All you need to pay for is the petrol. Our rates also include daily maid service from Monday to Saturday, full access to the development’s swimming pool, gym, sun deck and library and other amenities such as complimentary use of our washing machine and dryer, high-speed WiFi internet service and the full spread of channels on UBC, Thailand’s satellite TV service.
  
• Minimum stay is three days. During peak season, the minimum stay is one week. Our rates include local taxes and service charges. A 50% deposit is payable immediately and the 50% balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable if Baan Similan is able to be rebooked for your specific dates. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.

Do you play golf? Our driver, Khun Anny, is one of the island’s native champions, having won numerous local tournaments. He can loan you clubs and arrange for you to play at one of Phuket’s world-class courses. If you invite him to play a round with you, he’ll share great tips about the local courses! When guests leave our apartment, they often tell us, “Your view is the best thing about Baan Similan--but Anny is a close second!”
