Semi-detached Country house with 2 bedrooms, both with ensuite shower room. Shared pool and patio, with shaded areas. There is plenty of parking. The house is set on an acre of terraced land with pomegranate and orange trees. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but well situated for those that want to explore the area.

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Cartama Estacion at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 15.0 Kilometres

The house is situated between Cartama and Coin, within easy reach of the airport, coast and all amenities. A large Venta/Country bar stands within a minutes walk and the two main towns containing shops, supermarkets, restaurants, health centres etc are reached by a 5 minute car drive. There are 2 local golf courses, both reached by a 15 minute drive. Shooting, horse riding/trekking, motorcycle and quad biking are all available in the area. There is also a large fishing lake which backs onto the property at which you can hire the necessary equipment for only a few euros. There are 10-pin bowling alleys in the area and at least 3 cinema complexes regularly showing films in English. For the more adventurous, Sevilla, Cadiz, Granada and Gibraltar are all full, rewarding day trips and the centre of Malaga itself offers modern shopping and the beautiful and historic 'old town' complete with tapas bars and Moorish Alcazaba (old hilltop castle).

Notes: The private patio has a permanent BBQ. There is a stairway with gate which leads down to the private swimming pool with a second smaller covered patio area. The inside of the house is furnished in a modern tasteful fashion, whilst reflecting it's more than 100 year old history as a country house. Please bring own beach towels. There is also an iron and ironing board available. A hairdryer can be provided if you request in advance.

The house consists of one double and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite shower rooms, a comfortable lounge with woodburner and satellite TV, DVD/CD player, a fully fitted country kitchen with separate hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine , and a utility room.

The house is adjoined to that of the owner's family, who are there to advise and help out only if required.
