This luxury villa, build in 2003 has 2 bedrooms each with double beds, bathroom with shower and extra separate toilet. There is a comfortable guest house in the garden for another couple, with 2 beds , bathroom with shower and balcony Comfortable living room , modern full equipped kitchen,laundry room and covered terrace .Nice garden and swimmingpool with electrolises (no chlorine). This villa gives you the opportunity to stay in the centre of Altea at walking distance to all amenities, restaurants,bars and shops but also invites you to set out for a walk amidts the many orange and almondtrees in the lovely countryside which starts at the back of the villa. .

Our stay in this beautiful and spacious villa was excellent.
The villa had everything you needed for a pleasant stay and more! The property was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. The guest house in the garden and the swimming pool was a plus with the girls! The villa was within a short walk of Altea's church plaza with many good restaurants, ice-cream shops, jewelry shops, craft workshops and bars. The villa is also within walking distance of Altea's beach, harbour and the town. We would definitely recommend the villa to people with older children. Wish we could have stayed longer!
