Fitted to an extremely high standard, this Villa located in Playa Blanca is available for summer holiday rental and is just 25 minutes drive from the airport. Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort in Lanzarote and is an ideal location from which to explore the Island. Within a 5 minute walk of the Villa there is a mini-market which stocks all the essential provisions for a self-catering holiday. A café, restaurants and bars are located here too. The rear of the Villa faces to the sea and a 3 minute walk in this direction will take you to the promenade which spans the shoreline from the Lighthouse to the Marina and is approx. 10 kms long. The Villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), spacious hall, separate modern kitchen, lounge, al fresco dining area on the terrace, pergola, private heated pool, walled garden and private parking to the front. This Villa has everything to make this a ‘home away from home’ in a romantic, peaceful and tranquil setting.

Playa Blanca formerly a fishing village is now one of the main tourist resorts on Lanzarote. Heading East from the Villa the harbour is approx. 4 minutes drive and the town centre is approx. 5 minutes drive. There are daily ferry services to Fuerteventura from the harbour. The town centre has a shopping precinct with numerous shops, restaurants and bars and a very safe beach. A further 1 minute East from the town is Playa Dorada beach which offers the usual beach activities including para-gliding, banana boat rides, pedal boats etc. Papagayo beaches are just a 10 minute drive away and accessible via a dirt road. Admission fee is Eur 3. If you prefer to walk use the promenade and walk the coastal route East from the Villa to discover several places to sit among the rocks and take in the breathtaking scenery. On this route you can visit the numerous cafe/bars that are accessible from the sea front or just rest at Playa Flamingo beach.Taxi cost is Euro 4 from the town centre to the Villa

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices quoted exclude Christmas/New Year which is GBP630 per week. Prices quoted are for the Villa per week and based on 2 persons sharing. Please add GBP 50 per additional person per week. Children under 5 are free of charge therefore, this additional per person charge is not applicable. A deposit of 50% will secure your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to occupation date. Should you book within 8 weeks of occupation date the full rental is due on booking. A travel cot, hight chair and bed guards will be supplied at no extra cost. We also provide beach towel too and there are two adult bicycles for guest use.
    We are willing to hold the Villa for 48 hours (at no cost) while you check out the availability of flights and this service is provided free of charge so please contact us. We are happy to quote for longer lets and late deals so please drop us an email.
    A complimentary 'welcome pack' will be provided on your arrival.

Notes: Kitchen - modern separate kitchen with kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, cutlery and crockery and plastic ware for children. Breakfast bar and 4 stools. Lounge - TV, stereo system, DVD player, 2 leather settees, coffee table, reading lamp, selection of books, games, DVD's and CD's. Sky satellite is provided but some terrestrial stations are unavailable in Lanzarote. The lounge is accessed through the large archway from the hall and to the terrace through the large wooden French doors. Dining area - accessed from the kitchen and is al fresco. Seating is fixed with comfortable cushions and a large wooden table. A BBQ is provided and there are also 4 chairs and a smaller table. Ideal for family dining or that romantic dinner for 2. Utility room - equipped with a washing machine, clothes horse, pegs, iron and ironing board. There are some inflatable toys for use in the pool. Weekly maid service with linens provided including beach towels. The Villa has an alarm and a safe.

A summer holiday for the whole family to remember

My wife and I, our daughter and her two children spent three and a half wonderful weeks during July and August in this villa. The villa was safe, comfortable, very clean and with wonderful facilities. The owners provided little personal touches like two bikes which was great.
The location was very quiet and safe, therer was a burgler alarm and safe as well.
We certainly intend to hire this villa again next year and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone else who is looking for a property for two or for a small family.
