New exclusive villa with 5 apartments (4 stars), a swimming pool, and a whirlpool. The villa has 1 apartment for 2-3 persons (about 45sq m), 3 apartments for 4-5 persons (about 80sq m) and 1 deluxe for 4-5 persons (120sq m). Lodging facilities for separate apartments: each apartment has two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), two toilets, a kitchen, a bathroom, big living room and a terrace. The guests can use our bikes, use a family whirlpool and barbecue in the garden.

Baska is the best known tourist centre on the island of Krk, the Adriatic's biggest island, its position in the northern part of the Croatian coastline putting it closest to the centre of Europe. The position of Baska has ensured it uninterrupted growth and prosperity, and in this day and age, a distinctive spot on the tourist scene, Baska being one of the Top Ten of the tourist destinations of the Adriatic Sea. It is located in a gentle valley and in a bay surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and flowering broom, with a picturesque background of the rocky mountains of Velebit and the islet of Prvic, which seems as if it is intent on giving all-round protection to the unique 1,800 m long pebble beach, justly said to be one of the most lovely in the Adriatic.

Für eine Woche waren wir zu Gast in der Villa Maya. Es war eine wunderbare, erholsame Zeit in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom BAlkon und vom Pool aus, ist ein Traum. Man kann wirklich an diesem Ort der Ruhe und Erholung 100% entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl dort gefühlt und ich beneide jeden, der dort jetzt sein kann. Durch Maya haben wir uns vom ersten Tag an sehr willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Regina und Silke
