Located in a very pleasant area and is far enough away to have a relaxing time and near enough to enjoy the night life of Ayia Napa a short drive away. The luxury bungalow will sleep 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins with a bed settee in the lounge. It has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard throughout. Family bathroom with bath and shower, hair-dryer in bedroom. Spacious dining and living area with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. Living area overlooking the patio and pool which can be lit up at nighttime. Fully air-conditioned, private secluded large patio with BBQ, sun lounges, table and chairs for 6 people. TV with satellite, DVD with a selection of DVD's to watch.

Ayia Thekla is the perfect location for those who prefer the tranquillity, but still wish to be within easy reach of the main resorts. The villa is located approx 5 minutes from Ayia Napa and 8 minutes from Protaras on the south east coast of Cyprus. The villa is situated next to the beach and between the famous church of Ayia Thekla and the fishing village of Potamos. Just a few minutes walk is the blue flag beach of Ayia Thekla with full beach side facilities. Cyprus's largest water park is within walking distance from the villa and next door to the water park is a Go Kart centre which is ideal for families. Walking in the other direction is the lovely fishing village of Potamas which has 2 lovely fish restaurants. The nearby towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are focused on families and couples with plenty to do whatever your interests. There are excellent restaurants and tavernas with bars clubs, and modern shops. The famous Nissi Beach is also nearby with its excellent water sports.

Ideal accomodation for Weddings etc.: Spacious bungalow, ideal for wedding parties close to Nissi beach, just a few minutes drive away. Paralimini is also a 5 minute drive away with a lovely square where you can have a drink and watch the world go by.

Excellent restaurants and villages in the area: If you love fish you will love Potamos which is only a short walk away, which has 2 lovely fish restaurants. The small villages nearby like Sotira and Leopetri also have some lovely restaurants where you will find traditional Greek music and excellent Cyprus meze.

first class ,stunning, loverly , peaceful and i could go on and on , the nieghbours were fantastic, the bungalow was spotless a nice tv with dvd and films big enough swimming pool cleaned twice a week, everything that was needed was provided and as for a welcome pack this can be provided if asked for i would recomend a car and if you shop around the prices are fare we picked us up at the airport where it was waiting the directions to the bungalow are good and we had no problem finding it i would sertainley go back there again without a doubt bravo. its nice to know there are still some people out there that are not out to rip people off

This is an amazing villa with a great location. We have dont holiday villas last 3 - 4 years now and love the freedom. The only thing we were disappointed with was no welcome back available on arrival. A cold bottle of water would have been perfect and some milk for a cuppa - but thats the only thing we found wrong.

If you are going to waterpark book your tickets in Ayai Napa as its cheaper. Eating places in Ayai Napa are great - try Claribells its magic.

Our stay at Ayia Thekla

The house was brand new, very clean and very well equipted. Exactly as described on the intetrnet. The neighours are very friendly and very helpful.The pool was a perfect size for our 2 children, aged between 10 and 12.There is a beach about a minute walk from the house , but it's very rocky, but excelent for rock pooling. The next beach is only about 5 minutes from the house by car and is lovely and sandy and clean. There is also a massive water park a couple of minutes away,but you don't hear it at all.It's lovely and quite at the house. We would recommend you hire a car to get around, although we did see a few of people on their bikes.
