A stunning four bedroom villa with panoramic views across Mediterranean and the Bay of Cannes Mandelieu. Completed in 2007, the villa has been decorated, fitted and furnished to a very high standard. There are four spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom facilities and picture windows to enjoy the sea view. Downstairs the entrance opens into a huge luminous living room with separate TV corner and dining area and a designer kitchen with work-station island. The villa is set within an exquisite Mediterranean garden planted with palm trees and flowering oleander. It is fronted by a wide south facing sun terrace, with outdoor table and chairs covered by an awning and a beautiful 12x6 metre heated pool. The villa enjoys a peaceful environment and is completely private. Just minutes from Cannes and the beaches of the Cote d'Azur.
