A lovely spacious south-facing townhouse in one of the best urbanisations of Villamartin, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area with American style kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs consists of a very large master en-suite bedroom which leads out to a large sunny private solarium. It is just a stroll to the nearest communal pool of which there are four. Located within the urbanisation is a beautiful rustic Italian restaurant with a large sunny terrace which is open for lunch and dinner. Villamartin Plaza with it's host of bars and restaurants is just a short walk away. The golden sandy beach at La Zenia is a 5 minute drive away, and during the summer months a bus service runs to the local beaches. There are two more golf courses also within a five minute drive. The house has dual air-conditioning and English satellite TV. This property is ideally located for families and golfers alike for all year rentals.

There is a Shopping Mall and daily markets in surrounding villages. The La Manga Resort is 40 minutes drive. Guadamar is 15 minutes drive with miles of fantastic white sand beaches and its beautiful nature reserve. Cabo Roig and La Zenia are very popular areas full of restaurants and bars with live entertainment nightly. Campoamar, Las Ramblas and Villamartin Golf courses are within a five minutes drive.

Our representative will hand over keys and go through details regarding our holiday home. Within the house you can take a look at our folder which will give you all the information you will need for a fantastic holiday. We will try our best to accommodate our clients check-in/out times.
