This brand new air conditioned self catering apartment is in the heart of the very pretty historical village of Kiti, just 3kms from the nearest beach and 8kms from Larnaca airport. It has been stylishly furnished with everything provided for a very comfortable self catering holiday for up to 4 guests. The large open plan lounge dining area has two comfortable sofas one of which is a good quality spring action sofa bed, coffee table, TV and DVD. There is a full equipped kitchen, large twin bedroom, double wardrobe storage and a modern family bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Kiti offers an excellent selection of cafes, shops, bars and taverns. Guests can try the local Greek Meze, dine 'al fresco' on the private balcony, take a dip in the inviting pool or just relax on one of the local sandy beaches. Orange Grove offers quality self catering accommodation, a short airport transfer and lots of things to see and do.

Kiti is a charming village just 3 kms from the nearest beaches of Pervolia and Meneou and just a fifteen minute transfer from Larnaca Airport. The village is traditional in look and feel with winding streets and traditional stone houses and has a very pretty old stone church at the centre. It offers guests a good selection of amenities including cafe's, bank, supermarket, bakery, butcher, gift shop, petrol station, restaurants and traditional tavernas. Nearby places of interest include Angelokisti Church in Kiti Village, Cape Kiti Lighthouse at Meneou and Stavrouni Monastery 45 minutes drive. From Kiti guests are spoilt for choice for things to see and do. Local beaches are just 3 kms as is the Camel park which the kids will love. For those seeking an active holiday there are water theme parks in Ayia Napa, or you can enjoy snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the protected area of Cape Greko. If you are more adventurous Cyprus is very well known for its wreck diving sites. Larnaca has a large multiplex cinema, ten pin bowling and karting track and lots of very trendy shops for the visitor looking for lots of things to keep them busy.

Ski: Cyprus is a unique island and can offer you the best of the sunshine in the summer but can also offer snow and ski-ing in the Troodos Mountains in the winter.

Golf: Larnaca has several established Golf Courses with more under development as demand grows for greater choice and more green space. A well equipped and well maintained apartment in a smaller type of complex. Quiet location, a short distance from local shops and restaurants and within easy drivung distance of main attractions.
Would recomend to all my friends. We had a great time, relaxing by the pool or just walking round the village. we also went further afield to see some sights.
Found some good value restaurants in Kiti and a short distance away.
Will come again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property, it is well fitted out and although you would need a car to go far afield you can walk into Kitti in 20 mins
I would highly recommend this flat
The description was accurate, it was clean and well maintained, we had occasion to phone the agency and had very prompt service
For snacks and lunches Delilah's Delicious cafe was excellent and the Chinese was very good for an evening meal with good service I would recommend both.

We had a great time here. Everything we wanted to do was within easy reach of the apartment and when we wanted to relax the apartment had everything we needed. If you want a nice, new, clean and well furnished apartment with a great pool to relax by then you won't go far wrong. Highly recommended.
