Delightful, air-conditioned and newly renovated, 2/floor 3-bed, 2 bathroom apartment for one or two families (sleeps 7) on one of the old streets in central Cannes, 150m from the old harbour and Palais,200m from the Croisette and Cannes' beautiful beaches.The tiny street is pedestrianised with several very good boulangeries and traiteurs, a Fromagerie and is just 100m away from the fresh food market in Place Forville. There are also many fashion shops and a good supermarket.Ideally placed to enjoy all the attractions of Cannes from beaches to shopping, night-life to cinema plus close to the ferries for day trips to St. Tropez (4 hour round trip along the coast) and the Iles de Lerins (20 minutes) with a 17th. fort, great picnic spots and tucked away restaurants. Day cruises and boat hire are easily found in the old harbour. The flat also has WiFi internet access, 2 TVs, DVD, cable with range of channels, iPod speakers, radio/CD, dishwasher, washer/dryer and full kitchen. Quiet at night

Within 200 metres of the many beaches, bars, restaurants and attractions of Cannes and La Croisette, this three bedroom newly renovated air-conditioned apartment in a traditional French building is on rue Meynadier,a pedestrian shopping street in the centre of old Cannes. It is 150 metres from the Palais des Festivals, the old harbour and the sea front. The apartment is next door to a fine Boulangerie and Fromagerie and is a short walk from the daily fresh food market at Marche Forville. There are many family-run restaurants within two minutes walking distance from fish restaurants, pizzerias and Vietnamese to French traditional and haute cuisine. St. Tropez and the nearby islands of Lerat make for good day excursions by boat (St. Tropez market is especially worth a visit), yachts and motorboats can be hired by the hour or day from the old harbour and high hills at the back of Cannes, including the perfume centre of Grasse, make for delightful alternatives to the many beaches.

The entire experience was excellent. The location was phenomenal, the apartment was in tip top shape and the landlord was extremely accommodating to our needs.
The apartment is located perfectly between the beach and the famous Cannes main strip. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment and we will certainly revisit next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes and loved the apartment! It is perfectly located, (backery, beach, shops, train, bus, 'La Mer', fresh food and antiques market, petanque, island fery) very cosy and comfortable, spacious, just great for a family like ours. We enjoyed 'living' there for a week, and miss it already! Thank you for having us. We will be back!

As a group of 4 (couple,single,single) we found this very nice 3 bedroom apartment in the center of old Cannes. Everything was in a walking distance.

It looks very well-kept and friendly. For us 4 it was very comfortable also with the big kitchen/livingroom (very well equipped), where we liked to sit together.
It has even WiFi which was a big opportunity for us.

Definitely a recommendation.
