Beautifully presented apartment situated on Al Andalus Thalassa, a secure development with well landscaped and maintained grounds. A few minutes drive to the beach and the town of Vera-Playa where there are a range of facilities available including shops, banks and restaurants. The complex boasts 3 swimming pools (one indoor heated), a children's pool, gym and spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also an infant play area on site. This apartment is on the second floor overlooking the pool and with a bright and attractive lounge area and furnished terrace. The apartment itself is new and beautifully furnished with a dining table which seats four, patio table and chairs, modern TV and DVD player, a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. The master bedroom is en-suite and the second twin bedroom benefits from the main bathroom. Both have spacious fitted wardrobes

This apartment is 5 minutes drive from the main beach at Vera Playa, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the stunning weather. It is well served by a supermarket, shops, banks, and an internet cafe. There are a variety of bars and restaurants serving cuisines from around the world including Chinese, Indian and of course Spanish. There are three 18 hole golf courses, and one 9 hole golf course all within 15 minutes drive. There is a water park 5 minutes away and a go-kart track 10 minutes away. Vera Playa is surrounded by other neighbouring towns and villages (15 - 20 minutes drive away) such as Puerto Rey, Garrucha, Mojacar with stunning views, beaches, bars restaurants and shops - a must for those who want to experience Spain and its culture.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for property rental and include bed-linen and towels.
    A non-refundable deposit of half the total cost of your stay is required upon booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.
    If you book less than 4 weeks before your rental is due to start, the total cost of your stay is payable immediately.
    An additional refundable deposit of £100 is also required for damage and/ or loss of keys, which will be returned after the rental period.

    For rentals of 3 nights, there is also an additional charge of £40 for cleaning.

    Payments are accepted via
    a) a UK bank account transfer(in British Pounds)
    b) a Spanish bank account transfer (in Euros)
    c) By Pay Pal.

  • Airport collection can be arranged upon request.
