This Premier Oceanfront two-bedroom unit is built on an ocean bluff overlooking the Pacific ocean. The expansive ocean views are incredible. The unit is located in beautiful Princeville, Kauai, minutes away from the World Renowned Princeville Golf Course and directly next door to the Princeville Hotel. Enjoy the whale-watching from December through March. Immense privacy is enjoyed because this condo is the end unit on the ground floor. A “just-like-home" feeling envelopes this unit with its large, spacious floor plan, which offers over 2,000 square feet of living space. It includes a washer and dryer, as well as many comforts you’d find at home such as cable, TIVO, wireless internet, large gas grill, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen.
