Traditional, spacious and well appointed 3 bedroom apartment.
Close to the town centre of the charming Riviera resort of Menton, this 3 bedroomed, well appointed flat is walking distance from the town centre, beaches and public transport. Occupying the entire top floor of a traditional Italianate villa dating from 1915, the apartment is set back from the main road in quiet surroundings.The apartment can sleep up to 7 people - it has 3 double rooms, one with an extra single bed and a living/dining room. Hot water (and heating) are provided by a gas boiler and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine as well as a fridge and gas cooker.There is a shower room and separate toilet. The balconies from the bedrooms and living room give views of the garden below (occupied by ground floor flat) and the town and hills. Situated less than a mile from the sea and very close to the bus station and shops Villa Palmaro is ideally suited for family holidays.

Menton is a very popular all year round resort located on the border of Italy and a short drive from Monaco. Benefiting from the best climate in France with 316 days of sunshine a year this sub-tropical town offers many attractions including impressive gardens boasting exotic plant life, a charming mediaeval old town with a Baroque cathedral, 2 marinas, a Casino and private and public beaches. In February it hosts the famous lemon festival, in August is the open-iar classical music festival and Christmas is a treat when Menton becomes the town of lights and takes on a theme with unrivalled decorations and festivities. There iis enough in the town to keep any holiday makers busy, however transport links are excellent to various neighbouring resorts and villages such as Monaco, Eze, Villefranche, Nice and even Cannes and Antibes are only a day trip away as is San Remo and of course the Ventimiglia Friday market is a popular excursion. Free parking is available in the street.

Supplement for Sunday arrivals and arrivals after 8pm - 50€. 100€ supplement applies for Christmas, New Year and Grand Prix. Security deposit will be taken at the beginning of the stay and returned at the end of the stay if no damages have been incurred.
