Luxury two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Cannes centre, in very close proximity to the famous ‘Palais du Festival’. It is just a hundred metres from the famous Croisette & beaches and is in the heart of the chic shopping district. The apartment is situated in a wonderful and elegant ‘Canneoise’ building with a large entrance hall and a sweeping staircase. On the last floor with access to a lift it boasts views over the roof-tops of Cannes. The interior has been recently redesigned and decorated, in a contemporary style, to a very high standard with beautiful grey and beige coloured tiles & white walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dish-washer. The apartment has two bedrooms each with two single beds and a sofa-bed it can therefore sleep a maximum of 6 people. It has a lounge area with an open plan kitchen & dining area. The apartment has satellite TV and a WiFi for those that need to use the internet.

The location is perfect for business and the Palais des festivals or pleasure with the beaches bars and restaurants that Cannes has to offer.

perfectly located apartment just off Croisette

we spent a week here in the summer and had a great time. the apartment has everything you could want for a family holiday with excellent facilities but its star point is the location. just off la croisette the beaches are a 2 minute walk the morning market is a minute in the other direction whilst the shops are also on the doorstep. going further a field would definitely recommend an (expensive but worth it!) day at the eden rock by the pool and a dinner at baoli. we will be back!

Great apartment - perfect location

This is a really ovely apartment with the best location literally 100m to the beach and la croisette, bars restaurants etc round the corner. Spacious and very clean perfect for a group of 4 friends or family!

Perfect pied a terre in central Cannes - it has an excellent location close to the beach and main shopping district, so it was very easy to get about during the daytime and for dinner and drinks in the evening. Everything lovely and clean and well maintained. Good sized common areas and lots of storage.

I'm planning to return asap!!

Top drawer -much better than the competition

We took the appartment for a corporate rental during a conference week in both 2007 and 2008 .
Worked out brilliantly due to promimity to the conference hall but also close to all the other amenities -shops ,restaurants and beach .
Even so close to that it was a lovely quiet oasis .
Nice decor and furniture .
The conference has run annually for 10 years and this was several rungs up on the appartments we have stayed in previously .

So good overall i have contemplated taking the wife back for a holiday there !

We stayed for a week during late August, early Sept 2009. Spacious apartment with good natural daylight, very quiet block and very comfortable beds!! Close to beach and restaurants. Plasma TV, internet and dvd player came in very useful ! Also made good use of dishwasher as we ate in a few nights. Weather perfect and would stay again!
