Jeffrey's Bay, the surfer's paradise of RSA with its famous tube waves is situated 1 hour's drive from Port Elizabeth. It is an ideal seaside holiday resort and a starting point for the Garden Route down to Cape Town, about 7 hours direct drive away, or if you are travelling north to the Wild Coast, Durban or Zululand, you can start here. Port Elizabeth and George each have an airport with car rental facilities. This beautiful coastal area of the Eastern Cape gives the traveller the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the scenic Indian Ocean coastline and the wild life in a malaria free area as well as participation in any of the many adventure, The self catering house allows for a relaxing holiday at the beach, with the option of day trips, eg. game drives, wild life, bird watching, beautiful mountain areas and much more within a couple of hours drive away.

We are 1 minute's walk from a beautiful safe swimming beach and 10 minutes drive from the main shopping area and beaches of Jeffrey's Bay.

Üseshüs in English means 'our house'. It is fully self-catering and very close to the beach, although we don't have a beach view. From the balcony one has a beautiful view of the mountains in the distance. The house is close to several private game parks, and only 1 and half hours away from the famous Addo Elephant Park. Knysna/Plettenberg Bay/Wilderness/Storm's river and all the Garden Route attractions are at your doorstep, only a few hours drive away, and most can be done in a day trip. Port Elizabeth, where there are plenty of shopping centres, aquarium, casino and plenty more to do, is 1 hour's drive away. The Baviaanskloof, a World Heritage site, is also only an hour's drive from our house.
