The double bedroom has double doors on the terrace area, wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in Montechoro, a residential area of Albufeira, favoured for its proximity to The Strip, nightclubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Public transport, such as the Giro circular bus and 'tourist train' do regular trips to the beach and Old Town every 20 - 30 minutes. Buses to theme parks also pass nearby. Superb sandy beaches in the area include Praia d'Oura less than one kilometre away, Santa Eulalia, and a little further away, Fisherman's Beach in the Old Town. Airport transfers can be arranged at a total one-way price of £22/€31 for 1 - 4 guests and £35/€49 for 5 - 8 guests. Cheap flights from England, Scotland and Ireland.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Normally Saturday arrival, but we aim to be flexible and match your requirements where we can. Payment in euro cash or bank transfer. Deposit €50 (100 for July/August bookings) with balance due 6weeks before arrival date. (Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of departure). €50 security deposit against possible damage etc, returned after inspection . For other periods please enquire. Enquiries for long term winter rentals welcome. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure, (again we can be flexible). Any stays less than the 4night preferred stay, please email for availability, as we do aim to be flexible.

Notes: Activities in the Albufeira. Most families are happy to spend the morning lounging around the resort pools and then wander down to the beach in the late afternoon. There are plenty of water activities, including a visit to any of the water-parks...eg. Aqualand or view the dolphins at Zoo-marine waterpark...a childrens paradise!!.The old town of Albufeira is 3 mins. taxi ride away and is not to be missed..It is an old fishing village with some wonderful fish restaurants, a charming place to visit at night-time especially as you can see the night-lights from all the passing boats.The centre of Albufeira consists of a rejuvenated Square where open-air musical events take place day and night, with seating available for the passer-by, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the Algarve.Courtesy buses run regularly to the Algarve Shopping Centre from beside the apartments. Regular bus service from beside the apartments following a designated RED-LINE or BLUE-LINE route around the area
