Beautiful newly refurbished 4 bedroomed private villa which sleeps 8 comfortably but can cater for 10 This is a large villa with lounge, state of the art kitchen, cloakroom and conservatory which lead onto a beautiful large terrace with sea views and overlooks the swimming pool. Downstairs there are three large bedrooms, the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, leading onto the outside patio and swimming pool, which is completely lit at night. There is also a further bathroom. There is also a newly built bedroom with en suite which leads directly onto the upstairs terrace This is a large property that has been tastefully furnished There is a small wooded area with lemon,grapefruit,orange and fig trees to the side of the property and the villa itself is close to all amenities, beach, bars, restaurants. . There are numerous golf courses in the area, Desert Springs, Valle de Este, Cortijo Grande, Marina del la Turre and soon to be open Mecenas Beach. There is an excellent taxi service available.

Sports Facilities: There are various diving centres nearby which can be booked whilst on holiday or can be pre-booked before you arrive. There are numerous golf courses in the area, Cortijo Grande, Valle de Este, Desert Springs, Marina dse la Turre and Macenas Beach which is opening later in 2008. There is also golf club rentals available. There is also golf clubs at the property that can be rented There is also a quad biking safari and a go kart centre nearby

Mojacar Beach/Playa: This is a lively resort with many Chringuitos (Beach Bars) to chose from and many varieties of restaurants anda bars to chose from. The beaches stretch for miles and are and are uncrowded, even in high season.

Mojacar Peublo (Village): Set high up it is known as 'The Jewel In The Crown' - which will become apparent at night. They say you dont find Mojacar it finds you - which is absolutely true. Just take a relaxing stroll around all the whitewashed buildings and stop at the many small tapas bars or have a coffee in the square overlooking the surrounding countryside. You will see on most of the buildings The Indalo Man, which is the symbol of this area, which is supposed to bring protection and good luck and dates back about 4500 years.

The villa was absolutely fantastic, it was better than expected and we are now definately spoilt for future holidays. The accommodation was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely the only drawback was probably the lack of umbrellas, but this was soon rectified. The owners representative Pat was extremely helpful and recommended some great restaurants and bars which were a stones throw away. My 18 year old daughter and friend are still raving about the holiday and we would definately look to book again it was perfect. There was such a feeling of space and the localtion was very peaceful. x Carol & Girls

we stayed at the villa in april .
It was clean and the beds were lovley home from home.
The kitchen has every thing you could ask for .
Great bbq terreces, with a large out side table to eat all your meals looking over the pool.
It Does have a very large tv and entertaiment room.
Its a nice walk down to the bars and beach if you dont want to drive

A very good location for site seeing many places of interest convient for the beach shops and resturants. The villa was extremly good and well appointed will be returning next year and recomminding it to my friends

Loads of room, very luxurious

Having just got back from Mojaca we thought we’d just like to say what a great time we had and how much we enjoyed staying at ‘Casa Tortuga’. It was even better than expected having seen it on your website. The pool was fantastic – really glamorous – and it’s a real sun trap. Meals on the terrace overlooking the pool, especially when it was lit up at night, were the best bit of our day. The villa was huge - plenty big enough for our group of eight adults to relax and enjoy ourselves without getting under each other’s feet [great value for 8 too]. The villa was beautifully furnished, very clean and well equipped – although there were also lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance – so we didn’t do that much cooking! We enjoyed the lovely beaches, watching the fish being landed at Garrucha, visiting the local market at Vera and the fiesta at Turre. I’m sure we’ll be back.
