Photos and Description of this Golden Mile holiday apartment Nicely decorated and quiet attic with huge roof terrace and hot tub.

The apartment is located in the 'Marbella Real' complex, right in the Golden Mile's heart, and next to the 'Marbella Club Hotel', the 'Ritz' of Marbella. Only 250 metres away from the beach and its Trocadero beach club, the nicest in Marbella. You can live here without a car. Plenty of nice restaurants within 100 metres: Thai, basque, Italian, spanish, Japanese, Indian... Trendy shops (Ferragamo, Loewe...), supermarket and all you need for your stay within a 2 minute walk. You can get down town walking along the promenade beach in 15 minutes. Bus stop located right in front of the main entrance to our complex. Despite of being an attic is not very hot at all, because of the orientation and intense vegetation. Very quiet! You won't hear a car here. Five big swimming pools, paddle tennis, gym. Very ample subtropical gardens within a gated community with 24 hour security and doormen. Please, if you are interested, take a look at the availability calendar that is always updated.

Wonderful apartment

We were three adults who spent a week in this apartment.
THe description on the web site did not do it justice.It was even better. All facilities were available and the air conditioning was very welcome in temperatures circa 35 degrees ! We would have liked to have stayed longer.
The owner was contactable at all times and was very helpful as none of us spoke Spanish. We would highly recommend this property. Both Porta Banus and Marbella were a few bus stops away and the beaches within walking distance.

I and my family staid in Marbella in early June 2008. We had a wonderful time and the weather was great. The appartment was very good and met all our standards for location, quality and outdoor view. There is a view, both towards the sea and up to the mountains. The terrace is a beach in its self, and we spent a lot of time there, instead of going to the beach. The appartment is located at the heart of the Golden Mile, with relatively short transport time, both to the old town of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Overall we were very satisfied with our holiday, and renting the appartment was absolutely the right move for us.

We had a great holiday with our 3 small children in this lovely apartment.A really quiet area- we went out of season so we hardly saw anyone!
The apartment itself was decorated to a very high standard and was so fresh and clean. It had everything we could have needed and was also great for us to have the washing machine.
Really nice having the underground parking too.
The owner was really helpful with any questions we had and kept good communication with us.
The roof terrace was amazing but the only down side for us was that it was accesed by some steep stairs which were a little dangerous for the kids, the walls of the balcony are a really safe height but as they were solid walls the kids just wanted to try and stand on something to look over them!
The pools were lovely and the gardens were really well looked after, unfortunately all the pools were a little cold at this time of year(OCT) even though it stated that one of them would be heated.
However they were the only downsides and they were really minimal compared to all the positives of the apartment.
Wouldnt hesitate to reccommend this apartment although we felt it was better to also hire a car
