Piazza Sforza Cesarini, third floor: Beautiful apartement on two levels situated in a XVI century building, in the heart of Rome. Located in Piazza Sforza Cesarini, close to Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori, ten minutes walk from spanish steps. The apartment, completely renovated, is . Equipped with all modern comfort. The apartment can fit up to 5 people and consists of an entrance, living room with fireplace and dining table for six, air conditioning hot-cold. One master bedroom with bath in suite with shower. One twin bed with bath in suite with shower, and a 'soppalco' with one extra bed, linens and towels are provided. Kitchen on the upper level fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies, electric stove, microwave oven. At this level a nice terrace with dining table.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and overlooks the square of Sforza Cesarini. the apartment is composed by two rooms: 1double Bedroom with 1 bathroom shower en-suite, 1living area seats 5 & dining area seats 6. little kitchen: hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker Leisure TV, washing machine, air conditioning, house linen ant towels. Excluded pets & animals City Break Special notes Payment: 30% in account, the remaining amount cash upon arrival. Security deposit: EURO 400. Linen is provided and changed weekly. Telephone is not available in the house. Cost of electricity will be based on readings made on arrival and on departure.
