Town House in Santa Ponsa / El Torro / Porto Adriano. Opening onto a private terrace with views over the sea, the sub-tropical community gardens and the exotic cliff top swimming pools. The house has just undergone a full make-over with new floorings, new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms. Ground floor comprises a very pleasant lounge/dining room, a fully equipped Italian kitchen and cloakroom, plus a beautiful outside dining area with gas BBQ. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the master bedroom with en-suite plus balcony with sea view, 2 additional twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The top floor above has an open plan bedroom/living room with en-suit bathroom, leading onto a sunny terrace with day bed and spectacular sea views. This well maintained house is exquisitely furnished and includes: air-conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, wireless broadband internet and central heating,. The house is a short walk to the beech and Porto Adriano with it's upmarket quay-side restaurants
