Luxurious 4 bedroom villa, all en-suite, close to sea and St Tropez

This villa is an elegant Provencal villa overlooking the picturesque valley of Plan de la Tour. From the elevated terrace, beautiful vistas of the surrounding hills and the vineyards in the valley below abound. The Villa offers a tranquil setting for those wishing to relax but still be within easy reach of all the excitement the Gulf of St Tropez has to offer.

The Villa is situated on large, private grounds and has 3 spacious double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. 4th bedroom for a child. A large well-appointed open plan lounge/dining room which is stylishly decorated. Each room is furnished to a high standard and decorated in an elegant Provencal style providing luxurious accommodation. The rooms open out onto a large terrace which runs the length of the house. There is a well situated swimming pool (12 x 6m).

Plan de la Tour village is an unspoiled typical provencal village, full of charm with its old lanes and ancient bell tower. It has fabulous restaurants, a bar, grocery stores, tourist office, pharmacy and its own market on a Thursday morning. The more bustling coastal town of St Maxime is only a 10 mins drive and boasts everything you could possibly look for, from designer shops to 6 kms of golden beaches!

St Tropez, is a short drive away and features fabulous port, shopping, restaurants, beaches and of course celebrity spotting. There is also a regular ferry service from St Maxime to St Tropez, Cannes and Nice. There are many local activities also including golf, horse riding, sailing, tennis, cycling, hiking, skiing. The Golfe de St Tropez is the place to be this summer!

Additional information about rental rates

  • • After your reservation you will receive our written reservation and invoice.
    You are requested to sign the reservation and sent it back to us, which means that you agree to the rent and general conditions.

    NB: You have four days to confirm booking by return of signed contract and produce proof of payment (faxed copy of deposit or bank transfer).

    • Deposit required to secure booking is 50 % of the cost of the rental period.

    • The use of all linen is included. Cleaning is charged at 210 Euros per week. Cleaning is obligatory.
    • Rental Period : Minimum stay 7days, starting on Sat16.00 pm till Sat 10.00 am. Reservations/Payments: After your reservation you will receive our written reservation and invoice.
  • • Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks before arrival: cancellation costs are 50% of the total rent excluding guarantee. If you cancel within 8 weeks you have to pay the full rent (excluding guarantee). We therefore advise a cancellation policy. Villa Guarantee: €800. These amounts cover eventual damages, breakages, additional cleaning, etc. If there is no damage, the guarantee will be returned to you. Cleaning: The Villa will be perfectly clean on arrival. Every Saturday during your stay our “femme de menage” will come and clean. This is obligatory.
  • • Number of guests: There is a maximum of 6 sleeping guests plus 2 children. Or 7 adults and 1 child. If these maximums are exceeded the rent can be terminated immediately without compensation.

    • Barbecues: This can only be used after consultation with the owner and depends of the weather conditions.

    • Responsibility during your stay: You are legally responsible for house (incl. furniture).

  • The bedrooms are extremely spacious and sumptuous They each have their own sofa or chairs. They are very luxurious with only the best linen. They are all en-suite, with either a shower, bath or shower/bath (other than the child's bedroom which shares a bathroom with the master bedroom). The Bedrooms are all beautifully decorated in typical Provencal fashion. Each piece, individually chosen to create the ambiance each room posseses.

Dear Lisa, your house is fantastic and we really enjoyed it. both inside and outside are well equiped and great to enjoy. in particular we found the pool amazing, as it is very long! also thank you for taking care of everything with the cleaning and organizing. it allowed us to rest during the entire month. the location of the house is great as you are very fast in the nature and away from noise and crowd. Your wonderful house was like made for us and we enjoyed the short time we stayed. Hi Lisa We had a wonderful time at Le Casaou. The House, the Gardens and the Poole were fantastic and Plan de la Tour is a lovely village. Hayley was very helpful and had the house all ready and prepared for us when we arrived. It is a lovely location in the South of France and was perfect in every way.

Lovely

Our party of five loved the property ...the weather for our mid September trip was above normal temperatures and the solar cover helped warm the pool for swimming every afternoon after touring all of the convenient cities and sights within an easy drive. The views set the whole tone...peaceful and relaxing. The photos from the listing were very accurate....the house was clean and comfortable...and we dined every morning and evening on the outdoor veranda. The reservation was easy and communication was excellent with the owner Lisa..and our local onsite contact Hayley filled us in on local options. St. Maxime is a very short drive and has an excellent grocery store...making cooking and soaking up the ambiance of the house and grounds easy. I look at my pictures now that I am home and I still get a "wave" of relaxtion wash over me as I smile... remembering this very special setting.

Beautifully maintained and great support from staff and owner. The pool is the best kept of any villa we have ever rented. We ahve all adored the 3 weeks that we have spent here.
