A superb 4 bedroomed villa with swimming pool and private enclosed garden. Situated in the prestigious La Sella complex with golf, horse riding, tennis, a shop and 2 restaurants. The house is on 2 levels, with the 4 bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms consist of 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room with bath. A bunk bedded room and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is a separate shower room. There is air con in all of the bedrooms (not downstairs). Downstairs in the entrance hall there is a wc, and a separate utility room with a washing machine. The fantastic kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate dining room. The lounge has patio doors onto the terrace and pool area. The garden is totally enclosed with electronic gates, there is an alarm system, and a swimming pool 8 x 4 m. The villa is a 10 minute drive to both Denia and Javea
