2 bedroom villa in tranquil and picturesque Playa Blanca only 2 minutes walk from the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for walking, fishing, watersports, sailing, diving or cycling. Lanzarote enjoys year-round sunshine and is a perfect holiday spot for couples or families. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom contains twin beds and the second bedroom has a single bed and a cot is available if required. The patio has comfortable garden furniture for soaking up the sun and a barbecue so you can enjoy al fresco dining. In the comfortable lounge is a large TV with sky and a DVD player, we even have a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy. The property also features a safe where you can keep your passports and valuables out of harms way. This is a real home from home.

A clean well maintained and equipped bungalow. The sun terrace is wonderful and well sheltered on those 'windy' days! The settee is really comfortable and if you stay in for an evening there are plenty of English TV channels available. The telephone is also useful (incoming and outgoing calls). The location is ideal with everything you could want on your doorstep(shops, bars, restaurants, port, taxis,etc). The complex is ideal for those with mobility problems but there is a slight incline up to this bungalow. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool is clean, heated and a life guard is on duty. The reception team are helpful and speak excellent English. There is wi-fi connection and an internet connection in the reception area. A small shop by reception provides milk, water, juice, postcards and ice creams! A quiet peaceful and stress free holiday is almost guaranteed. The owner is friendly and approachable and was able to pre-book a taxi from the airport for us. A bus that goes from one end of Playa Blanca to the other can be caught just outside CDS - ideal for the less mobile (or those who dont want to hire a car) who would find a walk to the fabulous Dorada Beach a bit too far. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes a slower pace of life.

Casas del sol is a very pretty and quiet site and this is a gem of a villa perfectly located, it has the sun all day and is wonderfully sheltered from even the strongest breezes. The harbour,restaurants and supermarkets are only a 5 minute stroll away and the decor and equipment is very well maintained. We are sure that anyone staying in this villa will enjoy all that Playa Blanca has to offer as we have for the a good number of years and this is by far the best villa we have found there.

Lovely, well equipped and comfortable villa, ideal for small family. It's in a well kept and quiet complex right across from the harbour and as near the town as you can be.

The dishwasher especially was a bonus. We had a great holiday here and can highly recommend it.
