2 lovely new apartments (2nd floor) situated in a quite residential part of town, just 200 metres from the sea and a 10min walk from the Historical centre of Alghero. Ideal for those wanting a quiet relaxing stay. Both apartments are very spacious and tastefully furnished, each have a large living room with TV and DVD player and Satelite TV. They have separate kitchens with kettle, toaster and microwave. Both apartments have a double bedroom and 2nd twin bedroom, which can also be arranged as a double bed. The ''Blu'' apartment has 2 sofabeds in the large living room so can sleep up to 6 people in comfort. The ''Rosso'' apartment has comfortable sofa-bed in the living room, so can sleep 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 bathrooms in each apartment and both have two large balconies for alfresco living. If you are hiring a car there is plenty of on road car parking directly outside the apartments. This really is an ideal base to explore the area.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new building, it is newly furnished throughout. There is a large living room with dining area and separate kitchen. There are 2 large balconies fully equipped with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can also be arrangeed as a double. There is a 2nd bathroom. In the living room there is also a sofa-bed, so the apartment can comfortably sleep up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. During the winter there are 2 portable heaters available in each apartment.

Located in a very quiet residential area, just off Via Kennedy in Via Frank close to the Angedras and Carlos V hotels for those of you familiar with Alghero. Just 150mtrs from the sea and a ten minute walk into the Historical centre of Alghero. You are sure to have a quiet and relaxing stay, as opposed to the noise of the old town and Lido areas. There is a small beach just 5 minutes walk away and it is possible to swim and Snorkel from the rocks. For anyone who wants to hire a car there is on street parking available directly outside the apartment. This is the ideal base to explore the local area. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido estupenda. Los apartamentos estan situados en zona residencial a 10 min andando del centro de Alghero, zona muy tranquila. Los propietarios, Carlo y Manuela, viven en el mismo edificio, asi que cualquier cosa q necesiteis los teneis alli mismo. Son muy nuevos, amplios, tienen grandes terrazas, y muy equipados, sobre todo cuidados y limpios.Nosotros fuimos un grupo de 10 y alquilamos 2 apartamentos en la planta 2ª uno frente al otro. Y nuestro viaje estuvo genial. Realmente recomiendo estos apartamentos y la zona esta con muchas playas cerquita, como La Esperanza o Maria Pia. Saludos, Patricia ( Granada, España)

We stayed at the Apartment in May for just a couple of days and found the place to be of an outstanding condition. The Aprtment is very clean and decorated to a very high standard, we would highly recommend this as an idea holiday home close to all main amenities.

Excellent accommodation in Alghero

Stayed here in April for 5 days. Accommodation is excellent. All mod cons have been thought of. Ideal family break. We had 2 adults and 3 boys and loads of room and the apartment is modern and completely spotless.

10 minute walk to historic centre of Alghero. Leave apartment turn left for via Sassari and straight into town. Two supermarkets en route also. Alternatively you can take the promenade to the old town, turn left outside apartment and continue ti site of new police station turn right and then left. A marvelous walk and panoramic view of the harbour, bay and fortifications. Slightly longer walk of say 15 minutes but well worth it, especially in the evening at sunset.

The apartment was perfect. The people were very kind. We had a little beach near. There were a lot of places to park our car.
