Our lovely ground floor apartment , set in well landscaped and well cared for gardens, has a large and airy lounge/dining are with access onto a shaded terrace, private garden and thence to the pool. The master bedroom also has access onto the terrace, and also has its own en suite bathroom. There are a further 3 bedrooms (one with double bed; twin beds in the other two). There are a further 2 bathrooms. The light and airy lounge/dining area is well furnished with comfortable and attractive settees, dining table and chairs: there are further comfortable settees on the covered terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to enable you to have an enjoyable and stress free holiday.

Notes to the rental rates

• We ask for a refundable damage bond of £300.
  
• We request a non refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking: the balance is due either weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. The cost includes all linen and towels (but not beach towels) and covers all cleaning costs at the start and end of your holiday, together with electricity charges. If you are staying for longer than 10 days then we arrange for our management team to visit the apartment to change the linen and towels and to offer a short clean of the bathrooms and kitchen. If you wish for further cleaning services this can be arranged, at additional cost.
  
• Our apartment will be fully prepared for you on arrival and our Property Management company are available ,should you have any problems or queries, at all times.

Location

This spacious ground floor apartment is situated in Nova Santa Ponsa, a short walk from the developing and attractive marina of Port Adriano and the small village of El Toro. The marina has a small safe sandy beach and there are small cafes bars and restaurants. The village boasts a supermarket, chemist, bakery and more small cafes and bars.

Other Leisure Activities

There is a frequent bus service close by, taking you to Santa Ponsa and also to the water parks and other leisure activities of Magalluf, Marineland and, of course, the fabulous capital city, Palma. A new attraction in Palma is the Acquarium - well worth a visit.
