Our attractively furnished, first floor apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Set within a secure and gated community, minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars our apartment, with marble floors throughout, the apartment has everything one would need both for a holiday in the sun or, if a golf player, it is very near the many golf courses both in Santa Ponsa and island wide. It is a short drive from Santa Ponsa Golf I and is also near Santa Ponsa Country Club. The apartments are set in mature and well kept grounds with a large communal pool (with a separate children's pool). There is also a covered communal barbecue which provides seating for al fresco meals. The apartment itself has a large covered terrace, well furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. There is dual air-conditioning/heating throughout, making this apartment ideal for all year round holidays.

Santa Ponsa is an attractive family resort with a large sandy beach within a very short distance of our apartment. There is a wide range of shops and restaurants and leisure facilities to appeal to every taste. A short taxi drive from the resort can be found water parks, Marineland, an Aquarium. Buses are available into Palma: here you can take the scenic train the Soller and buses take you to all corners of the island. There are also various bus tours of the island available from Santa Ponsa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We ask for a 25% non refundable deposit - the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. We also ask for a breakage deposit (by way of separate cheque) of £250. This should be sent with the final balance: the cheque will be destroyed after inspection of the apartment on your departure
  • The apartment is usually available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on your departure. However if we are able to, we will happily accommodate you (at a small extra charge) until you leave for the airport.

Great Apartment - Great Location

This apartment met or exceeded our expectations! It's a great place to go for kids if you aim to rent in Santa Ponca. It was on the 'right side of the tracks' as far as noise/proximity to everything. By this, I mean that it wasn't on the side that is so completely over-developed that we felt like we were in cement city. Instead, it faced a mountain with lots of greenery and had some great walking trails very nearby. It was well-maintained and stocked for families. We did enjoy the pool even though the beach was nearby and the terrace was really wonderful for breakfasts and evenings.
