Astasia Villa is a luxurious Thai Bali style 2 story villa located a few meters from the quiet Natien Beach near Laem Set in the beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui. It is set amongst the most beautiful mature tropical gardens, and has its own totally private 36 square meter swimming pool. Astasia Villa is in peaceful Samui Beach Village, a small development of newly built elegant prestigious villas, - set well away from the main road. However there are restaurants in abundance in the local area, and the bustling town of Lamai with all its shopping and night-life is but 7 or 8 minutes away by car. The villa, completed in 2007 offers elegant living whether you are inside or outside. There are 3 entertainment areas outside around the sparkling free flow pool with a Jacuzzi seat, all beautifully lit at night and with a dedicated outside bathroom. The interior is really spacious, (410 sq m) with classic furniture personally chosen from Chaing Mai and wonderful artwork.

Astasia Villa is located within Samui Beach Village on Natien Beach, which itself if very close to Laem Sat in the beautiful south eastern coast of Koh Samui. The 14 luxury villas in the village are in a privately owned gated community with its own 24 hours security. A few minuites away can be found restaurants and bars, Deluxe Spar facilities, a small zoo with tigers and an aquarium. The bustling town of Lamai , with it's shopping, restaurants and night life, is less than 10 minutes away and a further 20 minutes takes you to the airport or the spectacular 18 hole Santiburi Golf Course. Samui Beach Village is right on a wonderful sandy beach, which remains unspoilt and provides safe swimming for families.

we spent 3 nights here.

Words/pictures/websites dont to justice.

Its hard for me to call it a "Villa", cuase the experience was more than just that, we weren't treated like guests at a hotel,but more like family.

Its clean, very well maintained and all the amenities mentioned are truly there.

I would fully, and I mean FULLYY recommend this place to my friends.

Holiday in Ko Samui

What a super find, this wonderful villa in Ko Samui. A perfect location on the beach, away from the busy beaches of Chawang and Lamai.

It was just like home with all the lovely touches. Spotless, comfortable, beautifully furnished and with the internet at Sat TV it was perfect for what we wanted. The pool is lovely, in the evenings to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy a swim.

There were lots of lovely restaurants close by and a great beach bar for lunch within 2 minutes stroll along the beach...just perfect!

Alva and Roger were great with communication and help as we were caught up in the Thai Airport closure.

We did not want to leave and can't wait to visit again. Thank you Liz for your welcome, support and having the essentials in the fridge when we arrived.

We would highly recommend this villa.

Pure bliss, with a 'touch of class'

We spent 10 stunning days at this most beautiful and fully equipped villa. The furnishings are of 5 star quality and we couldn't have asked for anything more!
The outside suite was just perfect - big, airy and with a bathroom of it's own - just perfect for a second honeymoon.
We were stuck for an answer as to which of the many decks we would use - all were different but perfect. We enjoyed many meals on the outside dining patio, which has a vast table and very comfy chairs - we sat there for hours taking in the night sounds and the tinkling of the pool water.
The swimming pool is a gem and we spent many happy hours sipping cocktails while sitting on the seat in the pool or exercising as the pool is a nice swimming length.
Would we recommend this stunning accommodation to others, you bet!
Wish it belonged to us.
PS There are many wonderful sights and interesting eating places on Koh Samui, but a barbecue in the gardens of the villa was our best!

A home from home - just hotter! Our children loveld the pool and the quiet sandy beach. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of room for all the family - or two!
