Luxury 2 bedroomed apartment with large balcony, communal pool, sports facilitie

Our new air-conditioned 2 bedroomed apartment with one bathroom is on the second floor of a private complex. It is very comfortably furnished with all the amenities of home. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people & there is seating for 6; there are 4 comfortable chairs, a table & two sun loungers, on the extensive balcony which benefits from the sun from late morning until sunset. The complex has a child's & adults pool, tennis courts(rackets & balls in the apartment), 5 a side football court (football at apartment) multi-gym & saunas in the changing rooms by the pool. There is secure allocated underground parking with a few steps up to the entrance hall of the complex. Here a lift will take you to the second of the five floors to our apartment. A cash machine is available on-site. The apartment is just off the N332 in a quiet residential area between El Campello,10mins to the South by car or bus, which regularly stops outside the complex & Villajoyosa which is 15 mins North by car.

Venta Lanuza is the nearest beach, 20 mins walk or a short bus ride where there is an English bar which has and extensive menu. El Campello is a cosmopolitan resort with bars and resturants on the sea front looking over the sandy beach and clear water.There are shops, a supermarket and banks in the resort. Villajoyosa is a charming resort with its multi-coloured houses to guide the fishermen home, shops bars resturants and a chocolate factory which is well worth a visit. Further North is Benidorm, just 20 mins by car from the apartment, with its theme parks; Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar which adults and children will both enjoy. A little further along the N332 is Albir, well worth a visit, as is Altea with its domed church and plazza where you can sit and listen to the local musicians while enjoying a tapas. To the South is Alicante,with its exclusive shops, bars and resturants and a fantastic harbour. All these places are accessible by tram from El Campello.

Both bedrooms, as is the whole apartment, are fully air-conditioned keeping the rooms cool in the long summer and warm in the short winter. Both have a change of bedding and ceiling fans for those balmy summer nights. The lounge has a comfortable bed settee with bedding. The lounge has patio doors which open onto the balcony.

Our apartment has items that you may or may not need but they are there to be used if you so wish like music CDs, DVDs reading books, Connect 4, Boggle, Jenga, tennis rackets and balls, football, cards, juicer, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, digital TV with Spanish channels, parasol and umbrella. All areas of the complex are secure and there are keys which are labelled for each area and there is a remote for the garage door. There is an extendible table with chairs which will seat 6 people easily and there is cutlery, crockery and glasses for six. Children are very welcome, no pets allowed. Please restrict smoking to the balcony.
