old town Nice ,150m from Beach!

Totally renovated and newly furnished apartment. Large living room with a real sofa bed. A small but fully equiped kitchen with little bar opening to the living. There is also a Mezzanine. There is a washer & dryer. You will find the fresh fruit and vegetable market only 25m on the Cours Saleya. Basically everything is very close by and now with the new tram line life is much easier! Only 5min walk from the bus station whic comes directly from the airport.

This attractive pied-a-terre is ideal for exploring Nice and its environs. It is very convenient for strolls along the Promenade des Anglais, for daily shopping, taking buses and trams, walking to most of the important sights in the city, and dining out at night.
The apartment is modern, bright and well-equipped and almost perfect. But sleeping arrangements will not suit everyone as the so-called mezzanine "bedroom" is accessed by a very steep ladder and the headroom is less than 50cms. when you are lying on the mattress. Two large beams across the ceiling add to the sense of claustrophobia.
The pull-out sofabed works fine but we had not expected to have to make our bed up every evening and this was a disappointment. Party all night and you won't have any problems.
