Calabay Parc, Florida is located in the Davenport area of Orlando. It is a modern community with the aim of being the finest villa development in the area. A beautiful maintained community with a variety of luxury 3-5 bedroom villas all with private pools, located on highway 27 and 5 minutes from junction 55 of the I-4 the main highway for all the major attractions. Karen & Mark welcomes you and your guests to share their fully air-conditioned luxury vacation home. | Notes: | The living area is furnished with comfort and space in mind. High ceilings with superior lighting and ceiling fans fit beautifully with the large comfortable suite to lounge or watch tv on. The living area looks out onto the Lanai and pool area with glass sliding doors ensuring plenty of light and pool views all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone. There is a dining area set into a large bay window at the front. Leading from the kitchen and across the reception area there is a separate laundry room, which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The entrance hall, kitchen and dining area benefit from ceramic tiled floors, whilst the living area has plush carpeting. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished, has cable TV, walk in closets, ensuite luxury bathroom and views of the pool area. |

Exterior Facilities
The stunning pool is ideal for swimming lengths or just floating about enjoying the sunshine. There is an extra large deck area for socialising, eating al fresco or sunbathing! The entire deck/pool area is fully screened to ensure little bugs etc are kept out. Pool heating may be booked at an additional charge. Plenty of loungers and chairs on the patio area. Pool area access is alarmed ensuring child safety! The Lanai can be illuminated at night for al fresco dining, a ceiling fan will keep you cool on balmy evenings and underwater lighting adds to the atmosphere.
Local Amenities
Champions Gate Golf Course and shopping complex is a 5- minute drive away including McDonalds, Chinese restaurant, liquor store, nail and hair salons and a large Publix supermarket, you also have Walgreen’s (pharmacy, supermarket) and gas station about 2 miles drive away.Highway 192 is a 5 minutes drive to the north where you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and night entertainment. A new Walmart has been added to the locality which will ensure great bargains in every dept and includes a fantastic selection of Disney memorabilia, often at better than regular gift shop prices.
