A very pretty detached spacious villa with lovely views towards the Montgo mountain and across green hills with only a 7 minute drive away from the wonderful beaches, restaurants, shops, markets and bars of Javea. Surrounded by attractive and private terracing the property lends itself to a large party who like to retain their own relaxation space. In the grounds there is a 10x5 private pool with patio and lawned area with shade and plenty of sunbeds for hot summer days. There is a BBQ area for those who enjoy a night in self-catering. In mid-low season the villa can be let as a 2 bedroom. An ideal romantic getaway!

Javea is made up of three parts. The 'Old Town' with its narrow street shopping and historic features, the 'Port', combined with a marina and the 'Arenal' with its bars, restaurants, evening market, sandy beach and childrens play areas. Futher afield is the theme park 'Terra Mitica' and waterpark 'Aqualandia' which are both within a 45 minute drive. There are lots of other places to explore of which you will find information inside villa.

THE VILLA: The upstairs and downstairs is connected via an external staircase. All bedrooms have access to terraces. The kitchen has a back door which leads out to the BBQ area and sheltered terrace where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast in the sun. The front naya (covered patio) which looks out on the mountain is ideal for the evenings and when you need shade.

AGENT: We have a lovely english lady who looks after our villa for us. She speaks spanish and guests will be given her number incase of any emergency or simple inquiry.

Lovely villa with opportunities to relax by the pool, sunbathe on the top terrace in the morning, breakfast on back terrace and lunch on the middle terrace looking over the valley. There is even a TV, although too busy to watch it. It was very relaxing.
Found lovely beaches (Granadella, Moriara and Javea). At Granadella walked up mountain to view point and looked down on the beach - beautiful views.
Market in Moriara on Fridays. Water and theme parks in Benidorm.
Owners very helpful.

Two weeks of relax

We spent two weeks in August in this villa.
6 adults, 3 kids and 2 babies.
We had a great time, the villa is very pleasant, two terraces for your breakfast / lunch / dinner and a nice swimming pool.
To go to the beach you have to take your car but it is really close. Owners of the villa are very nice and very helpful.

We have just returned from a week at this lovely villa. We are regular "villa people" and this one is up there with the best of them.The location is perfect and that is whether you want to spend the bulk of your time "chilling" at the villa or using it as a base for getting out and about the local area.The villa itself was spacious, clean, well furnished and had pretty much everything one could want. Rental costs for the villa are reasonable and ( I would think for most people ), very much affordable
Javea and the surrounding area is lovely so all in all this is a great holiday home in a great holiday area that we would have no problem in recommending.

This was our first trip abroad in 15 years and the ist for my children. It was made extra special by staying in such a beautiful villa, with breath taking views of the mountains.The villa is within easy reach of lots of lovely towns and beaches. I would certainly recommend this villa. We will definately go again.

we have been 4 times to this villa and each time had the most fabulous time. we have been with children of all ages and with grandparents and had a all girl holiday which is a must. there are lots to do or as little if you want, beauiful beaches and lovely poeple, if going to spain this is a must.
