A very pretty detached spacious villa with lovely views towards the Montgo mountain and across green hills with only a 7 minute drive away from the wonderful beaches, restaurants, shops, markets and bars of Javea. Surrounded by attractive and private terracing the property lends itself to a large party who like to retain their own relaxation space. In the grounds there is a 10x5 private pool with patio and lawned area with shade and plenty of sunbeds for hot summer days. There is a BBQ area for those who enjoy a night in self-catering. In mid-low season the upstairs of the villa can be let as a 2 bedroom rental. An ideal romantic getaway!

There are lots of other places to explore of which you will find information inside villa.

THE VILLA

The upstairs and downstairs is connected via an external staircase. All bedrooms have access to terraces. The kitchen has a back door which leads out to the BBQ area and sheltered terrace where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast in the sun. The front naya (covered patio) which looks out on the mountain is ideal for the evenings and when you need shade.
