This is a large luxury 4 bedroom villa, which backs onto the 13th fairway of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club. This property boasts its own sundeck, private pool and hot tub (all fully screened for protection from insects and errant golf balls), a TV in every bedroom, tennis, private garage, wireless internet, full air-conditioning for your comfort, and all modern conveniences. The living area consists of a large TV sitting room (TV, DVD, and sattelite), a generous kitchen (American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all mod cons), and a breakfast area with fabulous views of the pool and golf course beyond. The Dining room has a beautiful glass table and opens into a second sitting room. Utility room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom is huge and features its own private sitting room which opens onto the sundeck. This bedroom has a large king size bed, TV DVD walk in shower, and a jacuzzi bath. There are also two twin bedrooms and another ensuite double bedroom.
