A beautiful, new, high specification villa nestled in the peaceful hamlet of El Palaces in southern Spain. Three kilometres from the nearest village, Zurgena with local shops, bars and a Friday market. The E15 Mediterranean motorway is only 5 minutes away giving easy access to a choice of airports at Alicante, Almeria and Murcia. The nearest beach is 15-20 minutes away within 20-40 minutes there are 4 golf courses.

In order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness we ask for 85 Euros for a cleaning and laundry service for each rental. Clean bedding will be provided each week. A deposit of 200 Euros is payable on booking. This will be returned at the end of the rental less any damages. The property has its own private tennis court.

A Well Kept Secret - but not for long!

What a wonderful place!!!!!,

Ken, I would like to say that this was the worst place we had ever been to, (just to keep it a secret and ensure that it was available next time we wanted to book), but I would be lying!!!!!

There were three generations of family staying here and it exceeded our expectations. Maximum age 72, minimum age 25, grandparents, parents and newly engaged couple.

We all had our own area's that we could retreat to if needed, but with so much to do outside needing space was not the case. In a 16 day break we only spent two nights inside!

You will definately need a car. With so much in the area, historic towns, mountain villages, lakes and plenty of markets you can sightsee in the morning and then return to the villa in the afternoon to cool off in the wonderful pool. The night life and beach is a short 1/2 hour drive away.

We all came back completely relaxed and chilled and would definately reccomend it as a perfect stay.

Stunning views - Wonderful quiet, peaceful space..

The pictures do not do this villa, the pool or surrounding space any justice at all. Very peaceful area with a good mix of people. Our initial impression of the villa, pool and garden areas was that we had found more than we expected and were very pleased with the space within the walls of the villa on arrival.

Bright and spacious interior with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Well equipped kitchen and most importantly, a clean kitchen! Cd's and DVD's at the villa and the wifi internet.

The pool is wonderful! Again, the pictures do not do this place justice and I would suggest the owner adds some more.

I can't praise the villa, pool and grounds enough, we loved it! Lazy days in the sun with the pool to fall into to cool off and look over the mountains..

A car is necessary as there isn't anything to do within walking distance, but plenty to do within a short drive. Garruacha is well worth a visit for wonderful sea food, fresh fish at amazingly low prices.. Buy fresh prawns and BBQ them back at the Villa.. Wonderful!

Garruacha comes alive at night, the streets are awake with many people and families enjoying the sea air and fresh fish restaurants. Small fun fair, clean beaches, clean water, changing rooms and WC's on the beach.

Restaurants and bars all within driving distance.

We're 4 adults and 2 children, one age 11, the other age 9 and we have all had a great time and go back to the UK totally relaxed. I wouldn't say this place is only for 55+ we're all under 45 and found the place perfect as a comfortable base.

The chap who looks after the pool and his wife who changes the beds and towels, are very nice and deserve a mention for their help, welcome and friendly advice.

Drop off at the supermarket before you get to the Villa for your staples.

If you're looking for lively night life on your doorstep, this isn't the place.. If you're looking for a wonderful view, fantastic property, and total peace and quiet and you're happy to drive to the night life.. Then choose this Villa, you will not be disapointed.

Exelent property for good health!

We spend 12 days in this villa and my( the mrs) health was exelent every day. It was lovely weather and it was silent with a nice black night with stars, and no trafic noise.
Two teenagers liked it too with the swimmingpool day and night.
It was not too far to drive to the beach and restaurants for dining. Buying food to breakfast in a little village was about 8 min. away and you could get bread at the door.
We loved it every one and sightseeing for many towns to shopping and historic adventures not far away.
The villa was very nice with a great kitschen and wasching machine for chlothing when you have teenagers.
Tv with DVD was also nice for the girls.
You can all relax and have a good time.
Even when it was very warm it has a nice wind in the air so every day was very lovely.
Mini Hollywood,Mojacar, Cartagena is a must.
Two and tree adults and two teenagers.
