Lovely new Provencal-style villa in tranquil location (at end of an impasse); clear view of Maures massif; pleasant, wooded location with open vista away from town. Internally very spacious and comfortable, 2 km from beaches and shops. Pool 10 x 5m, depth 80 - 200cm, ground area 2500m² with 110m² of sunny terraces, pergola, barbecue, children's play area, external shower, ping-pong table. Inside there are 5 rooms of 150m² on 2 levels, all facing south west, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, plasma TV. Parking for 3 cars in front of villa.

Cavalaire is near Saint-Tropez, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Grimaud, Gassin. Provencal festivals during the whole summer: disembarkation festival on 15th August (procession, fireworks), jet ski championship in September, New-parachuting at Saint-Tropez in September, La Bravade at St Tropez in May. Musical festival at Ramatuellle, concerts, lots of open-air theatre throughout the region.
