DISCOUNTED IN APRIL & MAY Villa Youkali - This beautiful south facing totally detached and private villa is superbly situated on the Cerro D’Aguia hillside (millionaires row), 3km to the west of Albufeira, and is entered through electric gates. Prices for April & May have been reduced. Spectacular sea views are enjoyed from the extensive gardens and first floor bedroom terrace. The spacious lawned gardens, extend to over 2000 square metres, are well stocked with palm trees etc. The large swimming pool can be heated at extra cost. There is a table tennis table under a covered pagoda, a barbecue house. Accommodation comprises sitting / dining room with flat screen satellite TV (BBC, ITV & Sky), wood burning stove, air conditioning and doors to dining terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The first floor bedroom has amazing sea views. Large newly fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, fridge freezer etc

Villa Youkali is situated 3km west of Albufeira close to numerous sandy beaches and coves. There are may good restaurants in the area, and the 'restaurant village' of Guia is only 5 minutes drive away. Albufeira with its whitewashed streets of fishermen's houses, beautiful beach, and huge selection of restaurants and bars is nearby if you want it, but the area around the villa is rural but invitingly close to beaches and the sea. Faro, Vilamoura, Portimao, Lagos and Silves with its Moorish castle are all within 30 mins drive. There are several water slide parks nearby to keep the kids happy, and the Zoo Marine theme park is just 10 mins drive away and will keep the kids (and adults) occupied for a full day. There are around 10 golf courses nearby, and discounted green fees are available to guests at Villa Youkali. A clay pigeon shooting club nearby at Algoz is open to guests including tuition and gun hire.
