Fantastic house with superb views to the sea and beautiful infinity pool, with nice gardens and terraces, perfect for enjoying your holidays. The house is situated at 1.200 m from the sea and near the town centre. It has lounge and dining room with TV, DVD and CD, kitchen equipped (microwave, washing machine, etc), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 singles) with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and garage. You can enjoy the views to the sea from all the rooms. The lower part of the house is for rent, the 1st floor is closed and empty. The house is in one level, but there are stairs to reach the house and the pool. Car necessary.

With conditions like these it is possible to enjoy the fantastic scenery, outdoor life and stunning beaches all year round. Almuñécar has a wide range of interesting places to visit: Marina del Este, port and leisure marina, San Miguel castle, the old town - narrow streets and delightful shops, the Salazones ruins, El Majuelo botanical gardens, exotic bird park, the Peña Escrita nature reserve, water slide and fun park, over 8 km of beaches within Almuñécar itself.

Explendidas vistas al mar, deliciosas veladas a la luz de la Luna en esa maravillosa piscina que tiene la casa y una ciudad (Granada) que todo el mundo debería visitar por lo menos una vez en la vida.
Almuñecar es la zona marítima que más nos gustó y ademas muy completo ,hay de todo:
Restaurantes,ciber-café,videoclub,supermercados,hospital,
Pizzerías.....etc.
La noche también tiene "MARCHA".Pubs,Discotecas etc
Os gústará ,Un saludo Esperanza.
