The pool can be lit at night allowing for night time swimming. Palm trees fringe the pool allowing for cool shade when the sun is a little hot.

Notes to the rental rates

• This amount includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels per week. For two week stays, your linen will be changed at the end of your first week. We do not provie beach towels, please provide your own. Upon booking, we will require a deposit of 20% of the total rental, We also request a separate cheque of £100 as security deposit which will be returned to you after inspection by our Manager.
  
• We are also willing to offer reductions on last minute bookings (subject to availability), winter lets, etc. Central heating is installed for winter lets, but will carry an additional charge of £25 per week.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa in Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain

Villa Facilities

The accommodation is on one level which offers access from all rooms directly onto the terrace and pool area. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the villa, allowing for complete privacy, one with an en-suite bathroom and one with an adjacent shower room. The kitchen is large and offers every appliance you will need during your stay. The villa is equipped to a very high standard, and furnished in a Moorish style to create an ambience of peace and tranquility.

Outside - Gardens and Pool Area.

From the dining area, you can access the covered naya (your outside living space). Furnished with a table and four chairs together with a drinks trolley and outdoor electrical sockets (for your kettle/coffee maker and toaster).This overlooks the terrace and pool area. In the pool house are a few inflatables, i.e. air beds, volleyball net, swimming aids. Please do not leave inflatables in the pool overnight, as they can contaminate the water or block the filters. Whilst these are provided for your enjoyment, supervision of children at all times will be necessary. An outside shower is provided for you to use. There is both vehicle access and separate pedestrian access to the villa, both of which are lockable to provide a safe and secure environment, particularly if you have young children. As with a lot of properties in Spain, the drive is sloped down to the parking area but this provides easy access via the entrance door to the villa.

Les Fonts

The villa is situated on an urbanisation which is mainly residential. Just a short drive (2 km) or a longer stroll for the more active through the vineyards from the typical Spanish town of Benitachell . The small town has shops, restaurants and bars with a larger supermarket just on the outskirts. There is a small market held every Wednesday morning and what seems to be a Fiesta every other week-end!

Golf Information:

There are a number of golf courses in the area, particularly Club de Golf Javea which is 3 kms away (9 holes), Club de Golf Ifach, Moraira 10 kms (9 holes) and Club de Golf La Sella, Denia which is 20 kms away (18 holes)
