A super large villa with spacious, comfortable, light and airy accommodation comprising: two ground floor double bedrooms (both with double beds) - one with en-suite bathroom overlooking gardens and pool, and the other with en-suite shower room overlooking the tennis courts and beautiful mountains. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (both with twin beds) that share a shower-room. The living area is open-plan with cathedral ceiling and galleried landing and consists of a comfy sitting area with satellite TV, DVD & sound system, and a dining area that seats 8. Leading through to a well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, American fridge/freezer (ice-maker) and wonderful view of the mountains. There is seating at built-in breakfast table for 5. Through French doors onto the large shady covered terrace where there is a built-in BBQ and Moroccan table and chairs which seats up to 12. Beyond this is the sunbathing area with swimming pool and gardens providing good privacy.

The villa is situated just an eight minute drive from the beautiful ancient village of Valbonne with its lively Friday market, a central square full of enticing restaurants, and lanes with boutiques and eclectic small shops. Biot, another village close by, and equally as charming, is renowned for its many glass works and galleries. Further afield you have so much to choose from - Cannes & Nice for the chic, cosmopolitan city life, bars and restaurants and excellent shops; Antibes for its yachting community;and many other vibrant towns along this famous coast, with St. Tropez being about and hour and a half from here. With sports in mind there is a wealth of choice, tennis, golf, fishing and sailing, and attractions include a zoo at Cap Ferrat, Marineland at Antibes, a Bird Park in Nice and Mercatour National Parc just a short drive away. Immediately outside the Domaine local amenities include supermarket, petrol station, patisserie, hairdressers, pharmacy and doctors surgery.

winter ski-ing opportunities.: For winter visitors we are only forty minutes drive from the nearest ski station of Greolieres and about an hour and a half from Isola 2000 and Auron, thus making us the perfect location for day trips to the slopes. The villa has a suberb log burner making the house cosy and warm for your winter holiday here.

Golf!: This area really is a golfer's delight, within the immediate area there are many different Golf Clubs to choose from and I will be happy to forward you a list and contact numbers should you require them.

We had a wonderful week at this villa in the summer of 2008. In fact one week just wasn't enough! It was perfect for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children aged 8-12) and spacious enough for us not to feel on top of each other. The villa had beautiful views across the mountains which was a joy to gaze at every time we entered the kitchen. The swimming pool was just the right size to accommodate 4 boisterous boys and they spent endless hours of fun every day in the pool. The tennis courts were opposite the villa which made it extremely convenient for nipping over and having a spontaneous game. There was a lovely big tree by the patio sheltering the garden sofa and chairs providing the perfect shady spot. The kitchen was just like being at home and was extremely well stocked with lots of useful bowls, dishes and useful implements. The kitchen was spotless and it was a pleasure to use the tasteful white crockery. There was a convenient bakery just outside the domain and a large supermarket a few minutes by car. Valbonne is quite close by car and has many restaurants in the square, however we much preferred the fun of cooking in the villa and relaxing outside in the dining area. In summary the villa was very well maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and extremely relaxing holiday in the sun. We would definitely recommend this villa to anybody who appreciates nice things!
